This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in beautiful location. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Landmark Residency offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

The place is clean and relatively secure. The hot water for showers is available at request from the desk. The staff have been very accommodating and have been kind enough to provide many 2l bottles of water free of charge.

it was awesome experience. I have stayed here 3-4 times. they are polite , behave well. and service is good. cleaness 👌nice location main market ,walking distance railway station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Landmark Residency and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Clean dorm like beds, with working AC's, high speed wifi, you can also heat and eat your own food. The owners also don't create any fuss as well

i totally like their cleanliness and hygiene the rooms were nice and clean they give compliment mrng breakfast .Caretaker were very helpful The best part is this location is near Malad station .plz vist 👍

Best in class. Great rooms.... Lots of open spaces, comfortable seats to sit, without the need to purchase anything, and also charging points.

Very good and comfortable hotel. Rooms are good and clean. We stayed here for a day. Cooperative staff. House keeping staff also very good. I forgot my mobile charger in room and after check out I received call from hotel that they found it and told me please collect it at your convenience. Thanks to all staff of hotel. Only thing I didn't like was morning breakfast. We told for jain items but was not ready when we came for breakfast. Attitude of maager was very rude and uncoprative. Breads were old and cold as if stored in Friz. Menu was also not satisfactory.

Rooms are very beautiful and rooms are very neat n clean, Morning breakfast is complementary, wifi facilities are free, beds are very long n comfortable, The nearby station, recommended for stay and the price is also reasonable.

Best AC dormitory in malad west, place is awesome, neat and clean, beds are also comfortable with mobile holder and bottle holder with charging point.worth for money with all facilities.

It made me feel like, as my luxurious future home. Had a fridge, tea maker, security safe, lavish room furniture and top class washroom.
Also had a study kind desk, to complete some work. Highly recommended.

Great amenities, clean rooms, good service, polite and helpful staff. I stayed here for 7 nights due to travel quarantine. The staff provided excellent service and assistance to make my stay comfortable and safe.

Great place for staycation. Interiors are nice, washroom is amazing, & the beds are superb. Intercom service is available. You can have a wonderful experience just like me.
