Alila Diwa Goa - A Hyatt Brand

Excellent in every way. Superb service all round whether Room Service, Maintenance, F&B etc.. Rooms are excellent and well sized. Hyatt was not known to have efficient and courteous service. But they've beaten all expectations and made me forget all my not so great experiences in Hyatt Hotels specially in Goa. Cleanliness and Hotel landscape maintenance are worth a big shout. Only it's not a beach touching property so you need to go on a short bus ride or 15 min walk..

I stayed here in October and it was heavenly. Particular highlights are the spa, the genius inclusion of sun loungers in the infinity pool and the fact that the food is much more catered towards a Western palate. The hotel provides a courtesy buggy to the local beach and I can't recommend the parasailing highly enough. Absolute high point - pun intended! The only slight grumble is that the service at the bar by the pool is really slow but not in a rude way and it's a tiny complaint. I'd particularly like to thank the lovely lady who greeted me on arrival. I'd had a rather trying experience prior to that and was a little teary and she couldn't have been more wonderful - a real credit to the hotel. Also Brian, who always made sure I had a cup of tea and was looked after at breakfast every morning with a smile and friendly, helpful demeanour. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he really went the extra mile. Again, a massive assert to your hotel so please, do make sure he knows he was appreciated.
All in all, I would love to think that I'd be back one day and if you are unsure whether to book, I would urge you to do it!

I stayed in Alila Diwa with my wife and 2 girls (7 and 4 years old) from the 14th to the 25th of Feb.

The Hotel was fantastic, a true 5-star hotel in every aspect. The rooms, grounds, facilities etc.
Even better than the hotel itself was the service. It was so genuinely friendly that we will come back - the world is a big place to repeat holidays, but Alila Diwa and their staff will certainly see us again in the future! :)

The swimming pool was certainly a big highlight as was the nearby beach (and the little bus transfer - less than 5min from the beach).

The only less positive word on the size of the room, although amazing for a couple, it was lacking the space for a family of 4. In fairness, the operator with whom I booked the hotel should have advised me better.... Next time will look for the family room!

Absolutely incredible. The rooms, hospitality, staff, pool, restaurants, and the entire property is top notch. The beach buggy is amazingly convenient and the beach is stunning too. Made the stay memorable for our family and has certainly set a benchmark for all future stays.

We visited this beautiful location for our corporate meet. Excellent service . Buffet dinner was excellent. Mouth watering food and lot of live counters. Tasty food with varieties of desert options. All n all happy experience, 😀

We visited the place for the destination wedding. I felt that I was transported to Bali. The whole resort has that vibe. It is a 5star property which has ultra modern-contemporary look. Every corner of the property, every restaurant, every bar is tastefully done. Multiple pools with amazing views look amazing. Rooms are large. The decor of each room is simple, elegant & classy. Too classy yet not over the top. Alila Diwa Goa has two large banquet halls. One is Udeta the other is called Ball Room . Each banquet hall has its own outdoor area lawn/courtyard. Alila Diwa has a good spread of delicious variety for breakfast which includes a huge variety of Indian as well as continental items. The best and the first meal of the day. There were many foreigners checking in when we were checking out. Our group had around 80 foreigners out of 250 guests. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Each ceremony was planned in a different location of Alila Diwa that gave us so much variety while enjoying the wedding celebrations. Extremely well maintained property.. Managed by Hyatt. Well trained staff. The coordination between the event planner and the hotel staff was simply superb. Must visit for people who like a quiet vacation & who loves nature.

The property is amazing, their staff and the service is very appreciable. A special mention to their staff member Brian, very kind, is a bartender there, very good at his job, was also serving breakfast, liked his service and hospitality.

Amazing serene place. We went there for a Brunch and were allowed to use the swimming pool and children’s play area also. The food is unmatched with a good mix of local and international cuisine. Perfect place to go for a relaxed Sunday time. The chief Chef over here , Pradeep , made it more special with a birthday cake and some customised food. Big thanks.

Stayed here for 3 nights & 4 days to attend a Wedding, Resort style, amazing ambience, courteous and helpful staff, food is good , but can be tweaked , coffee from a vending machine, not a highlight , pretty basic , they need a Barista, some amenities missing like a pharmacy , info about Goa and places to visit, shuttle timings , Breakfast & Lunch timings in printed format in the Rooms, a point of difference with more seafood , lots of opportunities and room for improvement to make this a place to visit and an experience to cherish, overall a deemed 5star with lots of potential to make this a truly 5star experience without the knocking and loud noises in the night where Wedding organisers are working through the night to prepare wedding themes for the following day, so don't be surprised when you wake up and try to start a meditatve morning by sitting on the portico to enjoy those pristine views of greenery and bewildered to see marquees and food stalls almost encroaching onto the portico, you wonder" why this obscenity when you have paid top dollar to enjoy the amenities, these are suggestions and real experiences

Alila Diwa ,just half an hour away from Goa's Dabolim Airport is certainly a splendid locale for an idyllic vacation.The property is spread out with rooms in the North block and south block amid verdant greenery and foliage. A popular resort for weddings and events ,it's usually filled with guests taking part in joyous events. The infinity pool is certainly beckoning. The restaurant does make some gastronomic delights to complement your stay at this wonderful getaway

So I wanna say is that Alila Diwa is really good. The rooms in the hotel are really good and eye appealing. The service the good. The pool and the other restaurants are really good. The decor of the hotel is really good. The south wing staff is really good. All the housekeeping staff is good and other departments staff was friendly. But the rooms set by the housekeeping was really nice . Thank you for your service. I would recommend others and do visit it again. I'm anonymous 😊🫂

I had forgotten my gold chain and I had checked out. The hotel staff found the chain and ensured it reaches me. Thank you to the entire staff especially housekeeping.

This is one of the rarest property in adobe of nature in Goa. A large pool is what I liked the best. Family enjoyed a lot. The food was so delicious. Liked the sea food the best. Rooms very spacious. Staff is highly supportive. Overall a highly satisfied experience.

Had a pleasant stay,betalbatim Beach near to the hotel where u have buggy facility from 7-7 is a lovely Beach.its walkable distance who would like to take a walk.martins corner near to this hotel is a good place to hangout

Property is nice and beautifully done. It's a good place to have a relaxing weekend with your partner, friends or family. Their buffet is a must try but only the turn off will be their alcohol drinks. May be you don't go for alcohol in buffet.
Their pool is huge and has a good field view. And the best thing for me was the recreational room. Also a very much well trained staff, will go out of their way for providing the required services to their guests.

Wonderful place with exotic ambience and food to satisfy your soul. Feel completely lost in the serene environment. Pool side is so refreshing. Mouth watering food they serve.

This is a fantastic property. The service is excellent, and the on-site amenities are great. We had an issue with our room location late at night, and they graciously moved us so that we could be more comfortable. The rooms themselves are incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The food at the restaurants is delicious and the service was wonderful. The property itself is beautiful and located at short walk or shuttle ride from a lovely beach. If you want to have a short excursion off the property, it is within walking distance to Martin's Corner. However, you don't have to leave the property to have great food or a great time. I hope I get the chance to visit again.

Beautiful place to stay on holiday especially if you just want to chill and not go out all the time.
