A really good bank amazing

It was alright staff are helpful and guide u well as to customer queries

This place is placed right in the market area here its difficult to find parking high traffic area during evening and working hours this bank is located next to the lohia maidan there is taxi stand next to this bank and local bus stop just opposite to this bank many school children catch bus from this place do drive your vehicle carefully in this area.

Actually I want to give zero rating.
Staffs are very rude. They don't care customer, they are busy in their own work. I submitted one request form in last week,they kept it on same table till today. Still it's pending. They are frustrating the customer.

The most pathetic bank and senseless employee work here and not only that the bank service is itself really poor not working on the app and mobile banking when I went to ask the employee they said they don’t know this is the stupidity going on in this branch hate it !

Service very poor, I have deposited some amount in my account after 5 hours translation is made staff is not helpfull service is very poor.

Poor service. Pass book updating machine was not working for several days. Hence I approached one of your employees inside the bank. He told me that the print would be very light. He also conveyed to me, a wrong balance amount.

Had a bad experience with one of the employee. No proper information and just busy with his work. If he could not help should redirect me to a person who would. Very Disappointed. Poor service

Poor customer service, no acknowledgement, no smile.
All the staff need proper training in customer service.
