This resort is best for budget travelers.
I stayed in room no 201 for 4 days with my family in August 2023. This is a very nice resort with large pool. Restaurant in ground floor, very cheap and tasty meal available here. Colva beach is at walking distance. Most of the rooms are AC and working. I will again stay here during my next visit.
Cons -- There is no room service.

My stay here has been immensely great, great location, great stafff, shopping market & eating joints close by , church, beach... Too.. Amazing place. Value for money...

Best place to stay in colva beach in goa. Have big swimming pool and plenty of place. Beach is very near. Restaurant is good. Reasonable cost. Owner is friendly and gentle.

The accommodations are affordable but they do not offer room service. Additionally, I do not recommend their on-site restaurant. Instead, I suggest exploring the area for good dining options. The closest restaurant is located across from the resort, but for the best dining experience, I recommend trying Mickey's or Fishka. These restaurants are situated near the beach, which is just a quick two-minute walk away. Overall, the resort is suitable for middle-class families or those traveling on a budget. However, it could use some renovations and a fresh coat of paint

Wonderful hospitality. Helpful management. Very affordable stay with clean rooms, bathrooms & pool. Close to the beach. Parking also available but if too many cars are there, you can use the public parking near Colva beach (5 mins walking).

One of the relaxing place to stay at colva beach all I can say..staff is very cooperative, owner is also very good and down to earth.. Market,wine shops, eateries all are nearby from this location.. also they have a guizer in bathroom.. one can relax at swimming pool..we got all this at very reasonable price..AC room..I must say that this place will definitely make u feel relax.. also they have their in built restaurants with amazing dishes and drinks to serve

Location is perfect near beach but rooms are not good at all they don’t provide anything like they don’t have phone to connect to reception for any help i have to walk multiple times to reception and they don’t provide any wifi any kettle or iron you have to arrange by all yourself I really hate service

Great experience at a great location...this year it is our Fourth time to stay here at William's Beach Retreat. It's always a great stay here ...staff is very decent. The swimming pool here is also a add on to the hospitality.

Not less than a 5 star when under budget. Close to colva Beach. With proper room facilities. A single room has 2 single bed, a bathroom with shower, the swimming pool can be used at 9 am in the morning it closes by 7pm I guess. Room is spacious but depends on the number of travellers. A restaurant is available in the premise.

Rooms are not clean, there are soil particles

This is probably the best and most affordable option near colva beach.
We were welcomed really well in the hotel. Though the check-in time is 1 PM we requested the early check-in and they provided the room at around 10 as it was available.
The hotel has swimming pool in very well maintained state. Loved the atmosphere around the hotel. It's right there in the colva market and walking distance from Colva beach.
I would recommend it for families as well as for the bachelors .. can enjoy your drinks while being in the swimming pool. Room was also decent ..

Budget friendly rooms. Got a massive interconnected huge room for 1500 with a good pool. Very close to Colva beach. Prime location and had a good stay.

Cons- No drinking water in room, No room service telephone lines apart from a cell number written in reception. If room service required they charge extra.

Pros- Bar, Restaurant,Pool, Location and Pocket friendly price.

One of the best economical and friendly places to stay in Colva. I initially booked a room for one day but ended up staying for 3 more days. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 5 star rating to the staff and special appreciation to John, Aggima, Dickson, Zoro and Mackwin. They make the guests comfortable and are always smiling. I will definitely visit again soon and also recommend this place to others.

You can choose from the source fishes and other and ask them to make for you.

nice place to stay in south goa, the best part is this resort is only 5 mins away from Colva beach, south goa,
will surely suggest that must stay at this resort when in south goa.

Very nice resort near colva Beach. Colva Beach in walking distance hardly 300 meters. You can enter colva Beach and visit other two Beach too as all three Beachs are together. Every thing is good in resort whether it is room, parking, swimming pool. Cushioning of bed can be better. They even allow early check-in without any charges if room available. In house cafe in resort is also good.

This is a beautiful property which is one of the oldest resorts of Colva, South Goa! The beach is barely 5 mins away (walking). The rooms are pretty cheap and the property has a spacious restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, and parking space. The swimming pool was under maintenance when I visited and the side effects of Covid on the building maintenance was visible here and there. But the staff! The staff was soo nice and friendly! They made up for everything! Anthony (Restaurant Manager) even helped us get a scooty right at the resort, and keep warm water for us at the reception!
