Easy care program is pathetic. They will charge you membership fee once & will not give you the required services as they claim.
I have been using their services for past 2 years and lately their service have been worsen. They will not respond to your emails and will not bother about your experience.

DISCLAIMER- Please avoid using the services.

This company is essentially thieves. They asked me to cancel my prepaid order as they were unable pick up my clothes however they are yet to give me a refund even after 9 days of order cancellation and now their customer care is unreachable. #fraud

If anyone think to do order to Laundrymate don’t take that decision they are not professional guys and not responding every time every time they deliver late as per commitment.
