Quite good nursing home in margao, situated on first floor at Sapna Plaza.

The doctors fine.... But very bad organisation of the waiting room by the nurses.

First come first serve is hardly followed . I waited for an hr while everyone who came before us was done. And many patients who came after us were also done. Kept inquiring from the beginning as to how many patients were before us to estimate the time . But the nurses kept giving vague answers to wait. Wait n wait.

After an hr of watching ppl after us being constantly called... when we got frustrated n were abt to leave.... The nurse decided to call us in.. for a 1 min job! They kept us waiting way beyond our turn for an hr for a 1 min job?

They didn't refer to the sequence of patients in their book.

Doctor and his treatment is excellent. V.v kamat is a very good doctor. BUT his staff is pathetic those nurses over are so rude to people God knows why do they have so much of attitude those nurses treat us like a garbage even if we want to show the report they tell us to wait until all patients gets over I would like to suggest doctor to change his staff and take a good staff.

Very unhygienic , dirty beds and pillows are totally not appreciated. Needs improvement in the environment -lighting , hygiene, maintenance..
