Designated cemetery for Covid deaths. Father Rajan Gill +919899322946 is in charge and is a bit rude and rustic. However, he transforms quickly to a dedicated minister of God and performs the prayers very well. Manages to do his job. Cemetery does not allow any coffins from outside. You have to buy their coffin only for Rs 5K. Costs Rs 17K total if you don't use their hearse/ambulance. They are very reluctant to give you a breakup of the charges nor is any receipt issued for the charges paid. Father Gill gets very upset if you don't use his hearse/ambulance service. There is a shortage of labourers for digging and filling graves. They don't have enough people to lift the coffin or lowering into the grave. You need proper documents for burial ie, ADHAAR card, Church membership certificate issued by your Church, delegation of funeral rites to Fr Gill, med certificate or covid test report. Body has to be sanitised and packed by a hospital /trained medical staff if death is caused by covid.
