Major Dhyanchand Sports Complex is a well maintained sports complex that offers a variety of sports. If you wish to visit rarely, then the entry charge per person is ₹90. However, if you wish to visit daily, I suggest you to take a lifetime membership which costs about ₹27,610 for a non-Government individual and half the price for a Government servant. All the courts, the swimming pool, the grounds and various sports rooms have good maintenance, so there’s no need to think twice before visiting for a match.
Parking may be an issue during busy hours so I recommend to reach there using public transport. Nearest metro station is Kanhaiya Nagar(red line). The complex is located at a walking distance of about 5 minutes from this metro station/ 2 minutes by an easily available battery rickshaw.
The faculty is polite and cooperative.
Timings are- 6:00-21:00(summers) and 6:30-20:30(winters)

Well organised place for people who are interested in daily sports activities.
Even they have children’s park free of cost.

Major Dhyanchand Sports Complex is located in Ashok Vihar. It’s a nice sports complex run by DDA.

It’s a nice complex and a well maintained one. It has a lot of games like Table Tennis, Tennis, Badminton, Yoga, Swimming Pool etc.

Walking area is also nice and good cricket ground too.

Nice Parking space but need more space. Quite neat and clean.

Super clean place, with wide variety of sports to play. The ambience is also nice and green. The swimming pool and cricket ground were major highlights.

Great experience here. The faculties are good and the learning environment is awesome. There are tons of activities here and no bar on age groups. If u want to go chase a sport try coaching here it will definitely pay off.

Facilities are fairly good. I usually play Badminton and Table Tennis. Though badminton facility have open courts but they have 5 courts so you get ample opportunities to play. You can become member for a day by paying a certain amount and play almost all the games (with your kit) if you dont want to commit for quarterly or yearly membership fees.

Great to see loads of improvements in past one year. New badminton courts being laid as well as better basketball courts being made. Table tennis flooring is good and so is synthetic floor of tennis courts. Overall, getting better from past years.

Several world class Sports facilities are available at very reasonable fees.1 day charge is arround Rs-70 , one can also buy its membership. Also proper coaching is provided of different sports at different price range .Swimming area is now open .It's open from 6 am to 9 pm they highly stick to timings . I highly recommend Major Dhyan Chand Sports Complex for people of all ages who love sports and are fitness freak.

All the sports and coaches are excellent and v experienced . No where u will get service and warmth ever other than this place. Ur child is best trained and v safe to learn any sports.

Run by Delhi Development Authority, this sports complex provides an array of sports facilities for all age groups. You may enjoy the facilities with or wihout membership subscription. Winter timings: 6.30 am to 8.30pm summer 6 am to 9pm. Check image or photo uploaded

Best (and only) sports complex in Ashok Vihar. Well maintained facilities for almost all sports. Prices are reasonable and having a membership is even better. Parking might be an issue at peak hours.

There is such a nice room for table tennis that anybody can play freely without having space issue as at other places there aren't small rooms allotted for table tennis
