The place is really nice and has a modern traveler’s needs in check. Very clean place with a peaceful neighbourhood. The pricing is super affordable if you’re travelling with a group of friends. I had a great time!

I would really recommend people about this residency. It is a perfect home away home. There is very good staff, Good room service, upon your request whatever you need they will make sure they provide you. They have very good car parking. Rooms are upto standard.

I visited Goa for very first time and was single female travel with one of my female colleague. We had our booking to hotel but by mistakenly we did on other date then as per our planned date. Just few hours of arriving we got to know this. At midnight I wasn’t sure will able to get any good property in just short duration in this weekends days.
After doing google I got to know about this property, I immediately call at property in midnight within first ring they answered and trust me after that all my process went so smoothly without any hustle till our check out day. Thank you to Mr. Muzammil who made our entire stay comfortable and safe.

As single female traveler our main concern is our stay. And this people made it so tension free.

If you are looking for a second home when you travel to Goa, this is the place to live in. Everyone you meet, greet and interact with is a pleasure to deal with - we booked through Royd, he was extremely prompt and professional in reaching out, being there through our requirements. Maria at the front desk is super lovely with her friendly demeanour and caring outlook, she even asked us if we reached home safely long after our train journey. Rubina's cooking is super delicious, exactly like home - perfect aloo parathas, tasty dosas and homely dal, sabji. Even our 2 year old relished them. Overall, it is a 6 star service rating, not 5.

About the room, it is converted from an apartment and rather spacious. You are assured of hot water anytime with in-bathroom geyser. Functional AC, fan, lights, TV, wardrobe with hangers.  All extra facilities are available on demand - kettle, iron etc. Rated 4 only for no natural ventilation but that is true for 99% 3-star hotel stays.

All in all a great stay, totally recommend.

The best thing about this place is that it's situated away from the city. Rooms are clean and spacious. The tariff is reasonable. Food was delicious but more options in the menu should be included. Thanks to the friendly staff and for the arrangements made.

I travelled on a short trip with a bunch of friends, I’m glad I came across this property. People were very friendly and helping, the rooms and bathroom were very clean and easy to reach the location.Highly recommend to all.

I spent 3 nights in total with my family. I had booked 2 rooms but since they couldn't find 2 rooms on the same floor they gave us an apartment! So thoughtful of them. Also the service here is good especially Muzammil provided us with great help and solved any problems we had! Thanks to him and XEC team we had a enjoyable and smooth stay here in Goa!
Just a suggestion that this place is located in a residential area farther from the main roads, so it's suggested that you go here if you have your own vehicle and taxi/cabs here in Goa are super expensive.
Do give it a try.

Spacious well-maintained clean rooms with good room service. The rooms have wifi and are high-tech with a luxurious vibe to it. Location of the hotel is away from the beaches in South Goa but it is a quiet, peaceful well-maintained property. The manager is friendly and helpful. They have delicious fresh Indian breakfast meals prepared. They also provide scooter renting service. Had a pleasant stay at this place.

It was very decent room and a very good service. People were very helpful and definitely would love to visit more! I needed food for my kid and they helped to get it from shop since we didn't have nearby and the attitude of the staffs were also so good 😊

I had a wonderful stay of around more then 15 days and it was amazing. Very calm and chilling place. You get the real “sukoon” over there. And also the staff always on their toes to help u . Specially ‘Muzammil’ is always there for you no matter what he will go beyond his duties to help you.

A very lovely place to be , if your a nature loving person this is the best place to be , they have a very systematic way of checking and checkout process , very clean rooms attached with kitchen and balcony , we stayed on the 3rd floor which has a really great view of hills and the other side you can see the city view, this place is a must to visit .

One of the best place to stay in South Goa. Hotel is little out of the city but at the accessible location. Staff was very cooperative. I would like to thank Ibrahim specially to arrange the cake on behalf of me as I was traveling. I requested him and he bought it. I also want to thank Muzammil also who was also very cooperative and humble. Overall i enjoyed the stay though some facilities are not there but overall it was a great experience staying there.

I had a very good experience with Xec Residency. It was my first marriage anniversary and they decorated my room Beautifully to give us a surprise. The staff were very coordinating.
