Very nice resort to stay in benaulin beach.. comfortable and big rooms...in room food service available...swimming pool access is there...it's inside a Residential complex...so very quite...car parking available...

Beach accessibility-2 mins walking distance.
Shane(owner) is helpful when it comes to service.
The apartment was very clean, all amenities in working condition.

This is a beautiful and quiet resort. Could be easily located though google maps. Mr. Rutvik our host was very supportive during our stay, all other staffs were also very helpful. Breakfast here was awesome as well. Benalium beach is at a walkable distance. Airport was around 30 min away from here during the day. All major south goa attractions are near about 01 hour away from here. This resort is a great place to chill and unwind.

The place is located inside a residential complex.(do not get confused-it is inside a gated society) The ambience is cozy, the rooms are well kept, I got a room upgrade without additional charge, I got permission for early check in as I had requested 1 week before, the staff is good and very helpful, the buffet breakfast option is good (saves a lot of money), the place is 3mins walking distance from Benaulim beach. (Very clean, less crowded, lots of available beach shacks)

Loved the rooms n ambience too. Clean n calm. V stayed here for 5 days n it was amazing. A very peaceful holiday v had. The room service is good. The rooms n pool is clean. V had everything in our rooms. Every single thing was available. Toothpaste, hand wash,soaps,extra pillows n blankets, proper utensils, water purifier, WiFi,plenty of parking space,AC in both the bedrooms. Have already recommended my friends. Keep up the good work. Will love to visit again 😊

Very good resort. Resort is big. Rooms are nice. Suite room has kitchen with basic utensils for cooking.
Restaurant is good too, room service available. Breakfast has many varieties and is tasty.
Swimming pool is quite big and very nice.
Resort is not directly on the beach but there is 5 min walk.
Apart from swimming pool there were not any other indoor activities.
Staff is friendly and cooperative.

Loved the place and the service. Just one suggestion that the rooms need better and more lights. Overall very satisfactory with food and hospitality. Friendly and approachable staff. We lost our phones twice and both the times the staff was extremely helpful in finding it. Will definitely recommend.

The house is well furnished and clean. It has positive vibes to it. It has all the amenities: a well equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, utensils, washing machine, etc. A nice place to have a pleasant stay.

The place is very good, clean, silent and the people are non interfering. There are security guards all over the campus making you feel safe at all times. The Benaulim beach is walkable from this place. I enjoyed staying at this property.

Lovely place with lovely staff. They are so courteous and the food is good too. It's walkable from the beach. The only bad part is that the swimming pool is shared by residents and we couldn't make noise in the pool on a holiday.

Best place to stay as it is near the beach and the bottle has amazing ambience. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room service is very quick and are available 24/7. If you're looking for a stay in South goa. This is the hotel for you

Amazing rooms, staff, food and overall experience. Beach is a stones throw distance from the hotel!! So it's like cheery on the cake! Even cleanliness was awesome!

Old property by Kamat Hotels. Beach is just 4 minutes walk. It is inside a residential society. It's old but legacy is great. Rooms are large with all amenities. Good for family and kids. Come here for charming, away from crowd experience. Great location and accessible to beach, Markets and local Goan life.

It is located near to benaulim beach so just get into your beach outfit and u are ready to go . Moreover there is a swimming pool in the resort . Service provided in here is excellent. Men at reception may help you get cab or bike for the tour . The buffet breakfast provided here has veriety , some Indian dishes , fruits ,juices ,flakes are provided..

Great place. Just 100 meters from Benaulim beach. Plenty of beach shacks in March, also has life guard on duty.

Swimming pool is clean max depth is 4 feet and open from 8 am to 7 pm.

Also has in house restaurants. They serve breakfast lunch snacks dinner. Of course alcohol as well.

Nearest grocery store and liquor store is 900 meters, around 10 min walk. Also there is a German bakery. Will come back again.

One of the most economical well maintained lotus economical beach resort with well equipped and maintained resort along with swimming pool and 50 meters connectivity to benaulim Beach.. the staffs are extremely helpful and polite and serve customers with best customer experience.
