Very clean, spacious room at affordable price..Food is prepared when asked so we should give them their time for prep...Food was delicious..Complimentary food menu was also good..Good customer service, special mention to Joby..Once occupied, rooms are cleaned only on request which i see as a pro since I dont have to worry about leaving my things at room

We had an excellent 5 days stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite and attentive. The rooms are very spacious with clean bathrooms. Fine dine items for lunch and dinner however limited items for breakfast. Easy accessible place from Madgaon railway station and very near to KTC bus stand. The famous beaches such as Colva, Benaulim, Majorda, Betalbatim are within 10km of radius.

Very Nicely maintained property. The hotel is located just opposite to the bus stand in a very prime location. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, though they are a bit small. The bathrooms are also clean. The complimentary breakfast is very much sufficient for each person and it is surely worth each penny you pay.
The tariff is very economic for the given standard.

Guys if you are looking for stay this is the perfect place....Superb experience from check in till check out....very well organized things....staff was good food was good room service was good....The only thing missing is location....

The reason I liked this hotel is because it's near to bus stand. And infront of it is KFC and other food. I got it for very cheap , 800 bucks per night from go ibibo. But the actual price when I asked at counter was 2000. So I was happy. The rooms are better than a 800 RS room. Overall good place.
The staff is also helpful. Me and my friends (who did not stay at hotel) kept our Baggage in the front desk and went for lunch.

Tip: Don't ask autowala to leave you at hotel gate. He charged me 30 bucks extra for 100 m distance.

The location is good. Very convenient to travel and easy access to the market and main city. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Food and room service was good. Overall a very good experience.

This hotel is a new property in south Goa. The rooms are big and the ambience is awesome. Staff here is helpful and very down to earth. Breakfast had both options for veg and non veg. Overall property is great.
