One of the best hotels on Colva Beach and at a reasonable price too, beach is just just 100m away from the hotel.

1) Hotel staff is very polite and ready for help at any time.

2) Food is very tasty, and the crockery was clean as well.

3) Rooms were neat and clean.

4) The Washroom was clean, but the wasbasin fittings nead a little repair.

5) There is swimming as well here. Timings for the pool are from morning 9 to evening 6 o' clock.

6) Beach and other necessary shops are all available near this hotel.

Overall a very good and affordable place for a stay in Colva. Rooms are clean. The staff is hospitable and responsive, always available for help if needed. The beach is just walking distance away. Food is also good, and service is quick.

It's near to kolva beach, can't see the beach view, but in 7-10 min walking distance to the beach and affordable charges, have swimming pool, food services (though we did not ordered food as we were exploring out very much). Services and behaviour is really good. We were really happy to stay there.. as it is close to beach, services are very good, behaviour was really good

Very nice spacious room with attached balcony which came very handy to dry out wet clothes. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels with similar facilities. They also provide pool. Cleanliness was upto mark. Hotel wifi was not good though. They also provide 2 packed mineral water per day. Overall I would say it was a very good deal. Loved my stay there.

We have checked into the hotel by 8:00 am even though our booking was from 12:00 Noon. Mr. Lloyd at the reception lobby is very understanding and cooperative. The Management and all the staff are helpful and polite. Nice location, close to the Colva Beach, scenic beauty around, clean rooms and linen, 24 hours help desk, travel assistance. All rooms are fitted with Flat 📺, AC, Geyser, etc. Strongly recommend for couples and families.

👌👍 Best Budget hotel near the Colva beach. It is around 500 mtrs from Colva beach main entrance. Though the room was little smaller for three people but well equipped with wardrobe, sofa cum bed, side tables, dressing table, a good balcony.
Hotel has everything a star hotel should have like 24x7 reception, swiming pool, parking area etc. Good room service team, well mannered, co-operative & attentive staff.
Especially Mr. Lloyd at reception counter. He was so attentive, cooperative and well mannered that I will never forget.
👎 Only negative point was the loud noise of our room window AC. We stayed there for two nights but they could not attend the problem during our stay.
🤏They could serve morning breakfast & tea only. There is no proper restaurant but they served food in the room which we ordered from nearby restaurants.

Best place in Colva. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The location was great, the pool was big, clean and a very nice place to chill in the hot afternoon, rooms were clean and big. You can bring your family and it's kids friendly. Again 5 stars for the staff and services. Colva beach and many nice restaurants are in walking distance from this hotel.

Great Stay close to the beach. Good thing about this stay is the people who work here are hospitable which makes it a good experience overall.

The hotel is at a very good location, beach is 200mtrs away. The rooms are nice with a balcony. The bathroom is also very clean. Everything is well maintained including the swimming pool. Their service is just awesome. I wish I could give more stars for the service.

Nice place for family/friends stay. Beach is 10 min walking distance from hotel. Reception boys are very helpful. We came early in the morning, but hotel people allowed us to use common washroom, lobby. Gave us good breakfast. Breakfast is not complimentary but it is very cheap and tasty. Rooms with gallery are clean. Good swiming pool.

It’s located with on a 2 minutes walk from Colva beach.
The hotel has pool which is super clean and hotel rooms which are utmost clean and has facility which are required. You can hear the waves from their balcony.
The staff is super polite and are on top of their toes to help you out.
They helped me crack a good deal for renting a bike.

Recently stayed in this hotel. Rooms are well kept, service are friendly and prompt and Colva beach is just walking distance. Swimming pool is an added plus. Could be better if there was mini fridge and laundry service. Highly recommended.

Everytime I visit, the service, the hospitality is always welcoming. The people and the staff out there are always prioritize the customers, they treat them as a family member. Always concerned for their needs. That's the reason I have been to Goa 5 times and everytime I stay in same hotel, may it be solo or family or friends. Also if I say about the nearby places the major plus point is its near Colva beach and nearby you will find atleast 5 beaches and scenic beauty if you want to spend sometime with nature.
