Rude and unreliable. Take cabs from them at your own risk. We booked a sedan, they sent a hatchback, although we had confirmed thrice. Since we had a lot of luggage, we asked them to send the sedan as assured. But they rudely stated, that's the car for you, take it or leave it. Left us stranded on the road, a big thumbs down!

Service is quite awful. Owner is rude and unreliable. Cancels at the last moment, and doesn't even have the decency to take the blame
