This is simple lodge but at centre of sasan were bus stand ,sinh sadan everything is just at 1 min walk. services of hotel are very good hot water is available 24 hours good place to stay and not even expensive

Its a hotel you can stay and having veg food facility and you can also do pre booking by phone you have to pay advance at the time of booking. Location is superb opposite of GIR NATIONAL PARK ENTRANCE and its located in market so you can do shopping many food options.

Excellent place to visit with friends and family. You have to book online permit which costs 900. Be aware while book online. Book only through Govt. website. You can find others options also while you search online. On the Safari day, have to pay 2000 for Jeep and 400 for Guide. Morning timing slot is the best where max chance of Lion to see.

Fabulous place. Starting point for Gir Jungle Safari. Very nice Memorabilia and souvenirs store. Adding an eatery for visitors will go a long way and will be a jewel in the crown 👍👍

The sinh sadan is a well organised forest department safari reception. One can spend time with their loved ones in the park which is situated at the front of the sadan and book safari tickets for devaliya gate as well as for national park gates. Do buy some souvenirs to your loved ones which will directly benefit the lion conservation program.

Book online for permits and take printout of the receipt. Bring the same original ID you used for booking permit.
AC and non AC cottages available on current booking and try your luck to get booking here. Some 30 cottages available, and main reason you'd want to stay here is the proximity to the safari starting point which is practically next door. So if you have the 6-9 am safari, try to come here day before.
Cottages are spacious, clean and well maintained, the entire complex is really nice with lots of greenery and birds chirping. Each cottage, named after a bird, has own porch, bedroom, bathroom with attached dressing room. You will feel really calm and peaceful just sitting in the porch. Food available on prior request, also available just outside in the small market.

Wonderful, we were lucky enough to see. Pack of 8 lions , stayed at sinh sadan guest house . Nice and big rooms with natural environment.
Only downside is that we are encouraging cashless economy and here everything by cash only be it room booking , gypsy or guide charges . Rest was good, definitely one should go once in lifetime but Lion sightseeing is pure luck.

One thing to keep in mind. Make sure you book online for 3hr Safari and that too more than 15 days prior to avoid end minute cancellation.

If you don't have the booking then you will have to go for a devaliya park, which is different experience but safari is worth more than that.

It is not certain that you will get to see a lion or not but the risk is worth taking as mostly you get to see one. Leopard is difficult to spot in 3 hour Safari as it is in open jungle.

Book the early morning slot as the possibility is very high to spot a lion in Morning Hours. The system is very well managed by people over here and they won't allow anyone without booking. The whole place is very clean and maintenance of same is done very well so try not to throw your waste here and there.

Best thing of this lodge is its opposite to Sasan Gir Safari booking office and it's surrounded byany restaurants. There are many cons about this hotel.

1. They didn't provide us the Setup box remote.
2. Room is short and no views or even no windows.
3. No wifi.
4. Food they provide is not good.
5. Bed they provided us is hard.

If they attend these up mentioned issues, they might get good customer and customer satisfaction comments.

It was a truly awesome and relaxing experience at this Resort. Mr. Chetan Jotva, the hotel owner is an amazing personality. He is customer centric.
Staying at this resort was like a Home feel. Delicious and variety of foodstuffs were served. Clean and hygienic rooms. Spacious place for playing. Tribal dance, was like a Cherry on the Cake.
We wish to visit again at this Resort.

Sinh Sadan is the place where you have to report for Jeep Safari if you have purchased permit online. Very smooth process, it takes only 2-3 minutes to complete the process. Report 20 minutes before your slot. There is huge parking space inside the premises. Great support by the official. A souvenir shop is there, you can buy some as memory. Many local shops are there to shop mango products like juice, pickles etc. Many resorts are nearby with reasonable price. For cheap and best resorts you can drive to Bhojade Village which is 9 km from Sinh Sadan. Thanks 🙏

This is the place where you start and stop your Jungle Safari for Sasan Gir. You park your car here, freshen up and you have been allocated Jeep and guide here. There is specific route which is allocated to every visitor and it is completely on your luck if you will see Lion or not. More chances of Lion can be seen are in hot summer weather and in morning session.

Location is good. We went there to board the jeeps for safari. The store there have nice collections of tshirts.

Sanctuary is good. Online ticketing facility is there from agencies which take their service charges.
We saw Lions. Addition to sanctuary, do visit nature reserve park nearby.
You can opt for bus as well as jeep to visit the park. Offcourse jeep is costlier than bus.
You will definitely see Lion/Lioness in the Nature reserve park.

Excellent place ... Booking place for gir Safari...also jeeps leave from here... Washrooms are there...but need little cleanliness... Usually need to reach 30 mins before safari time... Sovenoir shop also available... There a food joint outside

Location is best part, its opposite to Sinh Sadan. Rooms were spacious and clean. All basic facilities were well maintained. Owner and the staff were very cooperative. Though they do not have their own parking area, however there is plenty of space for parking. Only issue was that the room were at 2nd floor and the steps were bit steep, hence it was difficult for senior citizens. Overall it was very good and I will stay there next time as well.

Done online booking for Gypsy , response from team is beautiful. Quickly available Gypsy for us the interaction between driver and guide bit informative, as we were visited gir forest for the first time. Happy to see the Asiatic lions. Full marks to Gujart Tourism department for facilate all the things beautifully.

Very well organised Lion safari from Government of Gujarat. You have two options for jungle safari
1. Sasan gir,which is 3 hours safari
2. Dévaliya tour which is 1 hour journey.

Bothe safari have lions and for sure you will see lion in nature reserve. Nice experience.well trained tourist guide and driver.

Apart from lion one should not miss birds as this reserve have 300 spices of birds.

At last shopping from the song Sadan is also good experience,nice memories and reasonably priced goods are available.

Origin point for Gir Forest Safari. Well managed and clean place for tourists. After booking permits, tourists are required to report here to hire gypsy and forest guide for their safari trips. The place has facilities like waiting lounge, souvenir shops, toilets, parking area and filtered drinking water as well.
