Vanvihar Resort

We visited this place on 31st and 1st and the reaort was above my expectations. We stayed in newly built rooms and they are big, clean with huge balcony facing jungle.

The resort is surrounded by forest and inside the resort there are 100s of mango tree. There are lot of activities to engage children and the food is very authentic Gujarati styled.

There is a network problem but they are sharing wifi so not a big problem.

The only drawback is that it is 10-12 km from the safari and is not on the road. It is inside Borwav village. Also, recommended to put a resort signboard on the road as the resort is difficult to find.

Best Resort visited so far. Food was good. The views from the room are beautiful. Peaceful place. Roads are under construction (dec 2023). Must visit.

A natural beauty , peace,and healthy atmosphere with quality of food , hospitality of this resort is fabulous.

Warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. When I got to my room I found the bed linen was very dirty, but the moment I mentioned it to the front desk there was an immediate positive response and the sheets were changed. The room was large and spacious with plenty of light. However, there was no toilet paper and not enough toiletries.
The best part was that the staff would check if I had eaten and made sure that I was comfortable.

Very Beautiful and Amazing place for stay. Very organic atmosphere and serene place. Away from noise pollution of cities. Swimming pool and other facilities are too good. Jungle safari is also nearby (40-50 min drive) so one can see and feel the nature.

Rooms are very large with porch to have tea / coffee and balconies with glass door view to Jungle.

Interiors are very relaxing and peaceful.

Bathrooms are very spacious with cupboards

There are 2 big swimming pools with 5 feet depth adjoined with children pools.

Swimming pools are with shed so you don't get tan and pools are clean from leaves and dust.

There are 2 garderns, one with adventure activities like rope climbing, walking, crossing tyres and other garden with swings and slides.

There is also big ground to play outdoor sports like cricket, badminton, etc.

Restaurant is big enough to accommodate 60 to 70 people at a time.

Food is best in quality and taste you can find in Sasan Gir.

All cusines like Gujarati, Punjabi and Chinese were very tasty and dessert served like Fresh Kesar Mango Juice, Rava Shiro were delicious.

Entire staff is well groomed with uniform and happily attentive.

THE PLACE IS LOCATED IN DEEPSIDE OF THE JUNGLE. THE LOCATION IS BEAUTIFUL FOR PERFECT WEEKEND.
THE SERVICE OF STAFF IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE READY TO ATTEND AND HELP YOU ALWAYS.
SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN IS NICE. THIS TOO IN VERY GOOD PRICE.

Great location, good service and excellent food. We were part of a destination wedding here and they did an excellent job at it. Especially the food, the taste was second to none. Being in a forest, so far from the city, such great taste wasn’t expected.

Van vihar resort is very well maintained, green and managed. There were so much activities for kids as well for adults. Swimming pool is seprate for adults and kids which makes it so comfortable. It's worth staying in this resort. Kot size Swings , enough space for parking and big trees of mango making it so lovely and lively. At the evening the group of African indo residents performance made evenings so much exciting. Dancing with the dancers on their music is just awesome. Ek dum paisa wasool resort. Rent is just bearable. Food is also very good. Just a little problem with the road to reach here. It's little bit off road. Otherwise nothing is against the location ❤❤💓. Just in love with this place.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the "Van Vihar Resort" and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and well-appointed. It was my first visit to this property had heard lot of praises turned out to be worth it. The forest view from the room was fabulous, the room itself is very spacious and cozy and the staff was extremely courteous. The food through their room service was good. The safety and hygiene measure in this property were far better then few of the 5 star hotels we visited during the pandemic situation.
