It was really nice experience , actually i purchased Mi dula driver from flipkart and within 8 days there was i getting some issues with it so i reached at Mi center and within 20 minutes they just replaced with new one

The staff There is Polite and Ready To help. Timings are 10:30 to 6:00 pm.

The experience at this service center is really good. The staff is cooperative n well behaved. The centre is maintained well. Moreover the staff gave a genuine suggestion for my broken phone else they could have easily took away good amount of money to repair it

Good service.. Now digital way of getting number slips... Better way is to reach early... Opens sharp at 10.30.. Be polite to them and they shall be good to everybody. It is located just on the opposite side of heera sweets and near metro pillar number 46... On 1st floor.... Make sure to carry a print out of the bill if the phone is under warrenty

I Have Visited Many Mi Service Centres Across Delhi As well As In Haryana, But I Never found Such Service Center As this. Fast Service, And Really Supportive Staff. They are Improving Their Service Day By Day. If You Are Facing problems with Your Phone And You want To Get That solved As Soon As Possible Then You Must Visit This Service Center. Giving 5 Stars But this Service Center Deserves More.

They are very prompt and reliable. I had taken my brand new mi Note 5 pro, 6GB black from mi store on 1st day of it's launch, but from day one it has linings in display. I visited the very next day evening to this service center and they had matching display for my model. They took just 45 minutes to hand over this phone to me.

When I suspected that parts may be replaced, what is the surity of safety to my phone, as I was brand new, one day old. They informed that they have proper protocol for this, phone will be opened under camera recording and complete work, till final packing will take place under camera itself. If any dispute arises, they will be able to produce proof to customer as well as the company officials. I was satisfied and handover my phone to them.

Awesome place, it exist in first floor and on tha main road, just behind the sakarpur bys stand

People working there are extremely helpful. on my Mi10t pro I was facing mic issue as well as wifi issue.

They checked and informed Motherboard needs to be replace and as phone was under warranty they replaced my motherboard for free without any extra charges.

I'm really greatful to the Mi team.

Also, if you guys don't know 10tpro motherboard costs you 23,000RS and they did it for free without any hasle.
