Hotel Relax - Best Hotel/Guest House in Gwalior - Semi Decorate Birthday/Family/Premium Delax A C Room

The USP of this hotel is the staff. Although the location is on a busy street , they got the car parked right in front of their hotel.although the room is around 120sq ft but it was very comfortable.they gave us three options of rooms and also specifically mentioned one room where there was noise from external traffic.

I interacted with 4 of their staff and all were extremely humble and polite .

I will highly recommend them if you are on a budget .but do mind that their budget room is small and so is the bathroom ..and the location is on a busy street.

Located on very busy noisy road. Nearby to a mall. Good staff. Clean room. Their front desk manager Mr Pankaj is very nice, soft and helpful. I request for change in my fixed breakfast menu which he immediately agreed that too free. I will prefer to stay here whenever I come Gwalior.
