This Mandir of Lord Ganesha is famous for two reasons. First it is the first Ganesh Mandir with idols of all eight Swayambhoo AshtaVinayakas in Maharashtra. The second reason it being a landmark which helps people describe location nearby it with reference to it. It is known to almost all citizens of Parbhani.
This is a quick place to pray when you're on the way to your office or so. It has become a hub of pensioners nearby. It provides them shelter and divine protection.
On the fourth day of waning moon, there is a huge crowd of devotees to the temple for getting Darshan of Lord Ganesha. On this particular day, at the time of moonrise, people gather for the Maha Aarati and get prasad. I often visit this Mandir whenever I am in that area. It provides solace to the soul.
Lord Ganesha is there for blessing us, cleansing our minds and providing us with great noble intellect.
