Staff is very friendly nature, location also good. Room service not too good but hopefully they will now improved. As promised by staff..plz maintain good service.

While travelling to Gwalior I find it the place to stay near Railway station.
It's just few minutes walking from Railway station.
Hotel Shelter is a good place to opt for anyone. It's quite clean and services are also are at best.
If a girl has to stay alone it's the best option cause it's very safe and the staff members are also kind and helpful.
I had a great experience spending my time there.

Rooms are good bath rooms are clean. Need renovation though. Location and parking are good. The staff is helping.
