IT Chauraha Metro Station

I went there with my friend. It is a really good option for college students. Having a metro station just near your college is a bliss for the students who reside far away. In terms of cleanliness, surveillance and convenience i would give 5/5 stars.

easy to travel with metro and it is too clean you cab get tickets easily if you travel for first time then also you not have to suffer a lot just ask from helpdesk they will help you ,my experience for the first time is so good that i cant express its so good place so nice and tidy

The Lucknow Metro is being built by the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh's capital. It covers the popular as well as posh areas in Lucknow. Lucknow metro is an urban Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS). By February 2020, Lucknow metro recorded more than 67,000 riders per day.

The majority of the system is elevated viaducts, with only a minor section running underground. The trains, which have four carriages, move at a top speed of 90 km/h and have a 5-minute headway.

The system uses standard gauge (1435 mm) tracks, with an overhead catenary supplying 25 kilovolts of alternating electricity. Currently, little over 11,000 users use the system daily.

Metro station is good but if I talk about road passing below it is little dangerous, if you are not Alert you may caught accident because of number of colony roads meets main road and one railway flyover where twoway roads converge to one way which increases the chances of accident. So, drive slow in this area.

Its Located right beside Isabella Thoburn College (IT College). The station is clean and properly maintained, be it the platforms, concourse or the restrooms. Metro trains are available here from 6 AM to 10 PM towards the entire route of Lucknow Metro (from CCS Airport to Munshi Pulia). Sale of tokens stop at 9:55 PM.
