Hotel Ambience

We stayed here for a day with family. The location is superb for tourists, just in railway station compound. The rooms are neat, reception was decent, well received. Hot water available. Breakfast was good with 6 to 8 items. You get various food options nearby and also lot of autos just outside. You save lot of time when you stay here as you come and go by train. Just say railway station to autowala for drop. That way you save time without figuring out much. Overall good for quick stay with family for tourists.

Nice place to make your stay in Gwalior wonderful. Neat and clean rooms, service was excellent. Only thing was that in my room telephone was not working making it difficult to contact room service, or reception.

Services are quite upto the mark in this hotel. I used to have my lunch here and I really like the veg thali also the staff is quite humble and they really serves food very well.

The best thing of this hotel is the location. It's situated just beside the Gwalior railway station and near to shopping mall. Excellent Rooms Decent place to stay in Gwalior.

Room Tariff was reasonable with complimentary breakfast. The room was quite clean, spacious with well maintained washrooms having adequate toiletries. Bed was extremely comfortable with clean linen. The Air-conditioner worked well, Tea/Coffee Maker & Mini-Fridge were provided in the room. Buffet Breakfast was good .Above all the market is very close to the hotel and Historical places are also not very far away from the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to all visiting Gwalior and thank the staff for making our stay enjoyable while we were there.

Very good option just next to Gwalior railway station.

Their restaurant food was out-of-this world delicious. We had chicken biryani and chicken chilly. Both were finger licking good. Staff was courteous and sweet.

1. Located just outside platform 1 of Gwalior station.
2. Rooms are well maintained and service is very good. I got no chance to complain.
3. Food is costly. You should go outside for that. Many restaurants are available within 200 meter.

We 4 friends stayed here for 2 nights and the overall experience was average.

Entry to the hotel gave us good vibes as it looked very good from outside, so we seemed to be relaxed that we booked the right hotel (4*). Even as soon as we entered our room, we felt like its no less than a 5* hotel, but the perception changed as we started using the facilities and services. Particularly, first day was horrible.

Electric kettle was looking so old that we were thinking not to use, but still tried to use it as we were tired and wanted to have a cup of coffee. It did not work, so we asked for another one and it took 30 mins for the staff to give us another kettle. Second one was also looking like the same condition but it worked, when asked about any good quality kettles we are told all are similar to this.

The location of Hotel ambience is very prime, it's located at main railway station. This hotel well suited for friends, families, corporates, and other professional people.
It feels luxurious, they provide awesome services. Awesome design, excellent staff, perfect view. In corona pandemic situation, this hotel provided arrangement for hospitality to Corona patients. It's really thankful.

It's location is great just walking distance from Gwalior Railway station Platform 1, entrance is impressive,staff is polite and courteous food was tasty and hot.

Best hotel in Gwalior for stay & food. Thanks to Mr. Vishal (GM) for his exemplary management. Front office staff was very supportive. We booked almost entire hotel for a three day stay & had a great experience. Rooms are neat & clean, food is good. Highly recommended for solo, family and group stays. It is outside Gwalior railway station.

I travelled with my family to Gwalior and was looking for a nice place to stay. Fortunately, i found ambience hotel and it came out to be one of the best deals i made in recent times. Excellent Room Service, courteous staff, fantastic food, spacious and clean rooms and to an added advantage with in station campus. No hassle of going out and finding a hotel. Overall excellent experience. Looking forward to visit again in future.

Bathing kit is given too good. Catering services also good. Wifi service is bad. Here most important and interesting point is that they will provide free breakfast and also individual refrigerator. Rooms are at very affordable prices. I can say that it values for money

Satisfied.......it's jst near gwalior railway station.....the facility of hotel is very satisfied....it's might seems costly to few but breakfast , tea is complimentary to it.....which make it reasonable.........hotel room also has all minute stuff.....I would highly recommend it

Hotel Ambience is something I feel is best to stay in Gwalior. They offer good service. The staff is very good and always ready to give their best. The rooms are really good, especially the luxury ones. Food is awesome. I just loved the food and my family was also very happy to stay there. Best wishes for the future and hope to be there again.
