It's strange that the branch has no landline number. To contact one has to dial customer care. It's equally strange that the branch has no email address of its own.
First you contact the customer care and then they will contact the branch. It's nearly impossible to contact the branch without a phone or email. After wasting two days I dropped the idea of investment. In such Times of information technology this is a very sorry state of affairs!
