Special thanks to Salman Customer care executive who helped with my policy surrender and details required even after surrender of same.
Don't blame CC executives if you are not able to withdraw your policy as many polies have lock-in period which need to be read before buying any policy or investing your funds.

Recently, I visited this place ICICIpru office for my policy related. Being corona period, Well sanitized before entry as well as well behaved official working staff. When, I left this office, my cheque book fell down outside area, Next day they call me at home that their office found your cheque book and I collected after a week
