-Personally I'm an introvert so I don't like talking much and the lack of crowd helps me with it and it also has another advantage that I don't have to wait for the machines to be available. The crowd is also well behaved so if I need to workout on any machine even if it's not available then they like to use the machines alternatively.

Amazing gym, comfortable environment, i really like it, all latest equipment, the staff is really helping and all the staff and trainers are really friendly and helpful, i believe that no other gym is that good. Very clean and hygienic. Family gym and being a girl i never felt uncomfortable 🤗🤗

Loved the gym just by visiting it for the first time, super friendly sales team, good helpful not so greedy trainers, always there for advice. Equipments well maintained, cleanliness upto mark. Only thing I found missing is some of the must have things like kettlebell missing.

This is by far the best gym in Paschim Vihar. Very friendly instructors and a kickass Owner. Everything about this gym is classy and elegant. It caters niche clientele, that makes this gym all the more unique. Highly recommend
