Contacted Dr. Bharat for a frequent shoulder pain issue which aggravated due to my sitting job. He understood the issue well and recommended a treatment which starting showing results in a couple of sessions. The staff is well trained and they carry out treatment with utmost dedication and care. They also told me various exercises that can be done at home to train my neck and shoulder muscles looking at my desk job. Highly recommend Spindlecare for any Physio needs!

Dr Bharat Gupta is a very gentle and nice person. I am here for the 2nd time. The last I came in 2021 and now in 2023 both the time for disc bulge treatment

He treated me so well previously and this time,by giving 100% correct treatment, exercises, and advises .

I was suffering from extreme pain from 2 years , but Spindlecare Physiotherapy relieved my pain in just few days and I'm feeling much better than before. Staff and Doctor are very cooperative and attentive.

I've a very good experience at the spindle care bharat nagar. The doctor and nurses are very good caring and helpful. Always ask about the pain relief. Charges are also very minimal. I came to spindlecare with swollen legs and unbearable pain. I was very tensed as I had plans to travel and in this state I could not imagine myself boarding a flight. Dr. Bharat took charge and with his experience and expertise made me walk without pain, in just 4 sittings I could walk normal… a mixture of therapy and exercise worked like a miracle for me.
