As expected it was a five star experience. We went to celebrate our anniversary and it was an memorable one. Valley view rooms are much better than forest view. They will do a little room decoration along with yummy cake in your room if you are planning to go on some occasion.
The staff are extremely cordial and the housekeeping team welcomes you with a personalized handwritten note. The ambience and the ecologically maintained zone is extremely well taken care of. The amenities are great, entertaining and well maintained with a fine spa. One can spend days just inhaling the oxygen rich air of the forest.A very memorable stay indeed. Will come back post monsoons when waterfalls are aplenty. The restaurants have a wide variety and their breakfast spread is lavish with a large variety.

This resort is just heavenly . The view is absolutely stunning . The food is amazing. If you want a get away with your loved ones with an absolute serene and peaceful nature, then this is the place.
There are not many people/guests around in the resort making it an exclusive place for you.
Service is prompt.
The food options are not 5 star like but just the right amount of variety you need.
The people are courteous and helpful and will make sure that you have the best and most memorable vacation here .
Get ready to be stunned by the view from your room and your private sit out area. If you are a nature lover this is the place for you.

A perfect location, you dont need to go out anywhere outside as the view from the room itself is incredible. I got awesome food, I had ordered non-veg items and it was super delicious although the food is costly because the tandoori chicken cost me 1600 but it was worth it. There is lot of maintenance work going on and it's required. In all the property is very calm and quiet and you can only hear Nature's sound here.

We visited this place recently and it was such a great experience. Right when we enter the green surrounding was amazing and the valley view looked pristine. Room was very spacious and, the food was very delicious. Had really good time, will definitely recommended this.They have great staff very helping people

We stayed at this resort from 03.10.2022 to 05.10.2022 Two nights , Most memorable stay with lots of good memories. The stay at the resort is worth more than what we paid very beautiful valley view from room and nice garden around the room , the food prepared by the resort team was really very very tasty the manager Joseph D'Souza sir is very kind enough of arranging everything what we requested big big thanks to the resort team for making our trip most memorable.

My husband, my 14 month old and I went there for our anniversary dinner and it was one of the best experiences we had.
Artistically constructed property with plenty of space, garden etc for kids to run around, with great views of mountains and valleys around, Shambalah was the perfect choice to celebrate a special day.
The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and took great effort to make our experience memorable. They even got special food made for the baby. Highly recommend this place.

The resort has one of the best views. Staff especially Front desk manager Mr Ashitosh was very polite, very attentive he had a very positive attitude and tried best to give us all comfort.
Happy to select and stay at this resort for my short vacation as the staff hospitality and view of the resort is fantastic!!!

It was so beautiful and must compliment the chef and the team for the delicious food, we all love every bite of it. resort is very decent with the scenic view. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Shall visit again definitely.

We are looking for the refreshing getaway option to gets rid from this bored and hectic covid situation. My friend recommended me this resort and swear this one is one the best resort we found ever. We had really pleasent stay and specially loved their ambiance.

5 stars for location , food, service , rooms, hygiene ….Our stay with Shambhala was an outstanding experience ..the location is just breathtaking ..the rooms reminded me of cozy Himalayan cabins ..the food was lip smacking ..service was at its best ..They gave us complimentary cake for my husband’s birthday celebration..the staff members named Ruchi and Aum ( the Manipuri guy) were so sweet and helpful …. We had a mesmerising stay with life time memories ..will definitely come back to you guys …Thank you ❤

The best couple resort in mahabaleshwar. The staff is very courteous. Room has nice view of valley . Beds are very comfy. Overall very well maintained resort. Food quality was also good. Chef and staff are also helpful.

One of the best get way. I was searching the best property from long for my personal refreshment. I found best resort ever in mahabaleshwar. The resort i s situated in green valley with the amazing view. Staff were very polite & food was awesome. Also the service is on the top l. Surely recommended.

We visited this place during the month of Feb and it was so scenic. The fog and, the chill in the air mode our stay extra special. The rooms are cozy and tastefully done. it's great for couples and even family

The place has an old world charm in their entire look . The rooms and small details likes switches sealing amenities are very antic and we'll maintain . The best boutique resort for family stay the food was awesome and the service are up to the mark !

The best thing about this resorts is the view and the food room are very special huge property. We friends came for a one night stay and I think we should stay there atleast for 2 days more we enjoyed a lot at the resort and appreciate the staff.

A must visit and highly recommended place. A peaceful resort, only with birds chirping and waterfall sound with great view of nature from the entire room. ❤
