Absolutely gorgeous vintage property that mixes modern comfort and heritage charm effortlessly. Close to the touristy spots but still with its own peaceful campus. Has lots of activities to keep you and fam busy. Service and food are also noteworthy.

The property is well maintained and clean.
Rooms are extremely spacious and beautiful.
The staff is very polite and cooperative.
Location of the hotel is near the market its too good.
The food was sumptuous with a lot of variety to choose from.

Superb resort at an excellent location very near to market. Although no views of hills or valley but resort is huge and excellently maintained with good views and amenities. The staff is courteous and manager Azad was extremely efficient and polite taking care of all the issues. A very option to stay in Mahabaleshwar if u want to stay near market.

A property at a great location which is very well maintained with its rustic charm and good vibes. It is in close proximity to many of the nearby attractions. It has ample space for sports, games for kids and adults. The service and the staff attitude is commendable (Siddhi, at the reception and Dhananjay handling room service and restaurant were particularly helpful). The restaurant has good choices and tastes good too. All in all a good place to spend quality time with family and friends.

We had a 2 night stay at this amazing place.The property is well maintained and clean.Rooms are extremely spacious and beautiful. The staff is polite and hospitable.Location of the hotel is near the market yet feels very serene and mystic.The food was sumptuous with a lot of variety to choose from.Animals such as monkeys,cats,mongoose lingered in and around the property.Overall a great experience. The chembers is one of the best resort is Mahabaleshwar. It is very clean, family and kids friendly. In house restaurant serves delicious food. There are lots of activities to do in resort. Apart from that resort also arranged various fun activities like drawing, tt tournament, puppet show etc. A must visit...

Further to that he He is one of the good asset for the Hotel. We met and Mr.Rajesh who were from Housekeeping. They have done excellent room cleaning and provided all Housekeeping materials at the time of need. Observes that Mr Ramesh & Istiyak meets and interacts will all the guest he is very kind and humble helps and suggests all the guest wisely.

Is there a button for 1000??? We had such an incredible stay, I don’t even know where to start. I don’t think words could express our gratitude to all the lovely people at Citrus who made my birthday so memorable. Honestly from the bottom of my heart, we were so glad we decided to go to Mahabaleshwar instead of Maldives for our Vacation.

I want to thank Ramesh & Sonal who welcomed us so warmly upon arrival. The arrival experience kicked our journey off to the best start, even though we were tired from our travels. But the moment we stepped on our feet and saw the view, we immediately felt relaxed. And the welcome bracelet is still on me!
That was the day we met our Ramesh who is the very best of the best. He is sweet, considerate, personal, helpful, professional, he is the very reason why our memories at citrus are so wonderful. Nothing was ever too troublesome for him, he always answered all of our questions and attended to all of our needs. Even if our needs were not said aloud to him, he anticipated all of our needs. For example, we shared with him that we had to wake up around 6 AM to go on the Pratapgadh Ford . He arranged for us not only morning call and Taxi to pick us up, by the time we.They took care of us as if they were members of the family, Ramesh, thank you very much We can't say enough about you. We wish you the best You surely continue to serve people like this with honesty and sincerity
returned to our Room after our trek, our room was already fully made up with a from our HK attendants Rajesh saying they knew we went on the trek and would be needing cold towels to refresh ourselves. because this is the kind of MICRO-attention to details we get from everyone at Citrus.We can’t wait to return one day to our now #1 favourite destination on earth, we know we will definitely be back again to Mahableshwar. I wrote a very long feedback trying to describe in details how wonderful our experience was, but even so words don’t do our experience justice. I can only say please have a 1000 score for us to grade Citrus!

It was good & nice property in each & every way. Their services, in way of hygienic & very neat clean property. Rajesh Dada ( House keeping, floor in charge). was very helpful. He was personally stood & instructed their team. Especially very joyful nature. Whenever you come to this property ask to meet Rajesh Dada & Ramesh Dada, he is always ready to help with smiling face.

An awesome place with amazing open dining area conveniently covered but allows one to enjoy the nature, service from the reception to the room cleaning and the room/ dining service is welcoming. we have been going here since 8 years every year for our anniversary and we cannot think of a better place than this to celebrate, they even organised an anniversary cake which was a wonderful gesture.

Citrus Chambers is an awesome property. The staff is very good and helpful. We had an amazing experience right from booking until final check out. Our booking was handled by Hema and Ramesh from front desk took good care of us during our stay. The food was good and the restaurant staff too was helpful. We visited during monsoon and the ambience was superb. The hotel is located within walking distance from main market. The rooms are neat and clean. This hotel is worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay at Citrus Chambers.

Ramesh from Front office Manager and Sachin, Ages, Dharmendra from housekeeping staff are great and special thanks to housekeeping manager Devidas for attending us immediately all through the stay.

Very pleasant stay. Nice ambience. I went in rainy season and the premises was really enjoyable due to fog. I felt very close to nature.

Beautiful property! Near market place... Very quiet and peaceful ...kids play area ,garden chess ,swings and swimming pool are extra points....golf carts are to drop you to the market place...staff is courteous... breakfast spread is good and tasty! Local preparation of roast chicken was awesome 👍

Everything was really good including the services offered by the resort and the breakfast. only one thing - please provide a doormat outside the washroom also
