Mr. Kapoor is a fraud. He asked for a 60% advance even before sending traveller to the starting location and the driver was also arrogant, he don't even think before speaking whom he is talking. He talks non sense and whenever you asked him to go from a particular route, he simply say I will not go there, it is not allowed, talk to Mr. Kapoor. He made our trip miserable. And while returing back to home, they will say first pay full amount then only the traveller will start. And if you do not pay for few minutes. Driver will start saying pay the amount or I will park the traveller.
A big NO to Kapoor Travels for any kind of travelling bookings.

Poor quality service with very rude and irreaponsible owner mr. Kapoor.
Never ever book ur travel with Kapoor Travels.
Booked a Tempo traveller with kapoor travels and the tempo's a/c was leaking water on passengers head. Moreover when trued to contact Mr. Kapoor who initially was very fast in taking advance money.. dosent even responded on fone calls.
Not recommended at all.

Owner is fake.. they showed different bus and deliver different bus and the driver is very rude.. thy loot people and the owner is totally fake

The habit of their drivers is very bad, they talk very rudely.In the night, the driver will sleep alone in the car and tells the passenger that you have not bought the car.

not a professional behaver. I had booked a bus but he will come after 3hrs late off booking time. bad experience

On time of booking they are like tension mat lo aapko koi dikkat nhi hogi aapko kuch nhi karna but driver are not cooperative service is zero. I'm not give reference to nobody
