Attended the evening aarti and booked an e rickshaw to get parikrama of the brahma sarovar. Very peaceful atmosphere. Must visit on a kurukshetra trip. You can also see Draupadi ka Kuan inside the premises. Ample paid parking available outside

A beautiful place, you can visit any time.
The place has the aura of peacefulness and calmness.
Do take bath if you are coming for religious activities.
But the steps are very slippery be careful.

This is the most beautiful place in Kurukshetra , and the most preferred place in Kurukshetra to spend a little time peacefully. And I prefer to take a bath in sarovar, especially in the morning.

One of the major pilgrimage sites for Hindus, this place is beautifully maintained and looks even more beautiful in the evening. One can take bath in the holy lake and there's also a Shiv temple for worship.

Those who wish to know about wars, Krishna who remained God and a humane. A sarovar with long stretch of water pooled from canals. Evening time is pleasant here. So many stories start unfold here.

You will feel relaxed and calm. No words to describe this place.
I usually visit this place.. sit in a corner and admire it...
While sitting here you can feel the Mahabharata era... There are some other places to visit in Kurukshetra but no one can beat this place...

It's a religious place link to Mahabharata and Shri Krishna ji. There is a saying that after Mahabharata war is over there is pap hi pap all around. On request of Braham ji there is he makes a huge sarovar. In which during bathing in amavasya remove all sins of a person.
Place is very quit and huge.
Cleaningnesse is top most.
Local people walk there in morning and evening times.
Lots of tourist visit there.
In the centre of sarovar a huge depiction of Shri Krishna and Arjuna famous house cart ,it is made of Cooper.
There is Devi cope where drophdi Take water during Mahabharat war.
There is a shyam temple near to Devi cope where bahubri or today Khatu Shyam ji reside.

It's not simply a tourist place with a sprawling pond and gardens with a few temples in and around but a boon and a blessing for us local people.

This is religious place of Hinduism , and presently one can come here for gita mahotsav and visit the temple . Locals come here for there peace of mind as it is a very calming and peaceful place . So if you want to visit kurukshetra don't forget to come here.

Very spritual and peaceful place specially in evening. Try to attend evening arti at 7 pm which is very good. You can come here for worshipping, for peace, for walk, for sunset and sunrise. Brahma Sarovar is an ancient water pool and largest sarovar in old Kurukshetra city, Hinduism lays emphasis on taking bath for internal and external purity.

Best place in kurukshetra. Can feel relaxed and calm and during the evening Aarti, there is a soulful environment. Great bhajans are played/sung, everyone enjoys it.
It has a long track, where people do their morning or evening walk, i really loved this place and would like to visit again and again.

Almost this is Asia's biggest sarovar, Legend says the Sarovar was created by none other than Lord Brahma. After performing a huge Yagya (ritual) here, Lord Brahma went on to create the universe from the sacred land also when ever the solar eclipse happens and you bath in this sarovar can purify you from internal and external sins. Amazing religion place full of divine energy and what a wonderful view ❤ loved it
