The police station is now optimised to serve much better and the contact to police is now made much faster and easier, weekly grievance forums are done to resolve long pending cases of people, Mumbai police is doing everything innovative under the scope of people services, law and order with the use of the modern technology,

My bike got stolen and I reported a complaint to the Malvani police station. They came with me to the petroleum pump to chk the cctv. Unfortunately camera was not functional.

Still the senior gave me an assurance he will try his best and see if they can resolve my issue in 2 weeks. He did mention, don’t worry ur bike will be searched.

In the 3 week I booked a new bike and the same day I received a call from Malvani police station. They asked me if I filed a complaint regarding bike theft ? I said yes. He informed me to report to the police station as my bike is fortunately tracked 😊

I would sincerely like to say thank you to each and everyone as in such a difficult situation and scenario Cops are doing their best 🎊🤞
