Amazing trainer with Advance technology

Good atmosphere

We all gym members went to Palghar for tracking and had great fun.

The dumbbells are well printed & rubber padded. Not too overcrowded. Smith machine exists. 4-6 cable machines with different lengths. That’s incredible. Good crowd & vibe. BCA, steam there.

A few suggestions for improvements:
1) Hard core & energetic music only full time.
2) Sometimes few people carelessly leave weights on the floor & even the trainers are least bothered. Only happens sometimes. The distance between hack squad & decline bench should be increased to prevent accidents.
3) Machines needed: Triceps extension, Incline/Decline machine.
4) Shortage of some gym accessories like skipping ropes. Barbell sponge is only missing one. Rest all is there.

Overall pretty good gym just feels a little little congested with machines. Value for money if u r going for a year.

To begin it's a fantastic Gym with well maintained stuffs. Now finally after 3 months i have opted YASIN KHAN as my personal trainer. The best i came accross.
Ensures the basics are clear before anyone gets trained on advance level.

It's one of the best places to work out... Equipments, ambience is good n staff is nice!

It is one of the best gym. Crowd and music is good. All the trainers are good but Mr. Vijay Bhandare is one of the best trainers in the gym. He has good knowledge and knows the weak areas of their clients and work on them. I would recommend Mr. Vijay Bhandare to my friends who workout in Gold's gym. Highly qualified and motivating trainer.

Lovely atmosphere. Filled with motivated individuals who are looking to change for the better. That's more than you need when you drag your lazy bum to the gym. Trainers are helpful and interact actively. I was there for a brief period of time although if you're looking to get a personal trainer I would recommend a certain trainer by the name of Leon. Good workout regime with plenty variations to get your blood pumping. However, the equipment is also standard and well maintained.
PS : It sucks when you're on the treadmill and the electricity goes off and you have to stop with a jerk. Pretty much how life treats all of us at times.

Spacious gym with all the required equipments. However special mention for a couple of floor trainers: Akshay & Sunita! Even though Akshay is a floor trainer (Not PT) he willingly helps all the clients & shares valuable knowledge/Feedback with members💯 He also comes off as honest & hard working individual. Kudos Akshay👍💪

Is one of the good , very knowledgeable and experienced trainer and he caters his workouts to specific needs. I had just a one session with him , and liked the way he trained me , would highly recommend him . Thanks to Mr. Vijay and Golds Gym it was a great experience working out at Gold Gym Mahavir Nagar Branch🙂 .

this is a best gym which I workout for last 14 years ...as a floor trainer. akshay kelkar he is best floor trainer..sunita parmar she is also good trainer ..this both trainer have good experience..

The floor trainers in this gym are fantastic especially akshay sir and hanif sir!! Overall a very good experience here!

His effort for making me fit is awesome.His knowlege about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out alot to stay fit.

Best Gym in Mahavir Nagar. Latest equipment. They have lot of trainers, sometimes bothers me but not annoying. Good range of equipment and good crowd as well. I am a member since about 6 months, and like it.

Gym is good, Akshay sir and sunita ma'am trains well ,akshay sir is always ready fr support and training whvr we need .thnk u..

Great place for physical and mental stimulation.

One of the best Golds to work out in the western suburbs. It's more like a homely atmosphere. Parking is available fairly easily. The best trainer around is Balli Sir. There are many other activities like Zumba kick boxing spinning aerobics !! A completely chilled out place !!
