Not helpful, bad experience, rejected cash deposit at 13.30 hrs.

Once again worst experience with hdfc carambolim branch.first of all no staff..again there is passing game played with here from one officer to other.today who looks into your query is on leave next day and again passed on.for almost 25 days Im taking follow ups for my account linking and no staff addressing me.daily up and down with these new staff almost twice.
And finally hdfc will revert saying sorry for inconvenience caused .

Hdfc bank Carambolim branch services are very poor. In fact worst. When it's opening an account or taking loan they come to door step n b so polite but when it's time u need help in case of software or account issues they just don't care. Just keep u hanging. Poor service. No timely support, just keep on passing problem from one person to other, that too they just forward contacts.
