Bakingo has become my celebrations partner and I love the experience I’ve had with them thus far and will do moving forward.

The quality of their cake are super delicious and mouthwatering. Their app is very user friendly, customer service and WhatsApp support is phenomenal.

Till now I have 4 times, all three times cake were awesome and fantastic 🤘😝🤘🤘😝🤘.

Last order made a big mess up, since you guys gave delivery to dunzo team they screwed up the cake(attached pics for references). Immediately I called customer care, they were too supportive and cool 👍👍👍

They arranged another cake with in 3 hours and it is delivered 👍

All cakes were eggless but taste was too yummy and great 👍👏😊

Yummy pastries and cakes with amazing flavour and taste. I had a superb experience with bakingo. Their kitkat pastry was too yummy.

Had a great experience ordering from Baking. I ordered a Nutella cake on my birthday, and it was super yummy.I got a free coupon also, but was facing difficulty using it. So Ms. Pooja helped me using it in a few minutes only. Really appreciate the team effort ,product quality and customer satisfaction.Keep it up .

Very happy with the service. The taste of cake was so so good.
Their customer support is very proactive as well. Tanuj was able to understand the specifics of my delivery and responded in quick manner.
Two feedbacks though.
1. Please provide knife as well with the cake.
2. I paid extra for midnight delivery but they delivered at 10:17 only. Too early......

This is the second time we ordered from Bakingo, Rohini. This time we ordered New York Cheesecakes (pastries) and they are just fabulous. Looking forward to try all the other confectioners and savouries on offer.

Bakingo cakes are delicious! I recently ordered a cake in my city and we all loved it. The packing, the quality everything is A1. Also the team (i was assisted by Mr. Tanuj) is extremely helpful, prompt and friendly! Keep up the good work team bakingo!

Its very easy to use hassle free interaction and each and every moment u will get updates via WhatsApp and easy to contact representative through WhatsApp too, no need to dial call centre for query or request.
