Driver Jayesh came on time. He didn't speak over the phone, usually drivers do. So over all nice experience on that particular trip. Now changing my review again. Pacific don't have their own cars, any car from airport they will make you sit and ask you to give 50% to co ordinater and 50% to that driver. So over all there is no pacific travel company which you can trust

Sent different car than decided. Car condition was poor. The car had deep dents on doors. The car was muddy. While travelling it rained and the water dripped inside the car making it hard for passengers to sit. Very poor service

we had booked a car from pune to mumbai at 12am but the driver never showed up or picked up the phone, called the office and they advised to wait and they will contct the driver but no one got back to me and i missed my flight to london as i could not get another car for about 2hours. trying complain but they dont want to provide any details of the owner or his contact details. Thinking of taking the company to court to claim. my advise is to avoid as all cost never again

Fraud people fraud company. In start they will give you good service to gain your trust and later they betray you.

These people took 25000 ruppes from me. And are not returning back. I did police complaint still they were not responding. They are expert at this kind pf fraud , even hired lawyer for these kind of cases. Once they identify your number they will stop receiving call. Shameless owner. Fraud company.

Fraud company. Dont ever hire service from this company. All people who have given 5 stars are relatives or friends of owner and employees. They loot poor people who work as driver.

Dont use this company for transport services...1st of all they are not using tourist vehicle..without yellow no. Plate .second thing , driver are the worst in driving half drunk , they charge extra 200 or 300 rs plus whatever company have decided basic fare...
