Had given three pair of sport shoes for laundry. The booking, pickup and drop and payment experience was good. The shoes were sent clean, although expect some minor unremovable stains to stay if they are hard to remove.

These shoes were very old and dirty and now they look as good as new. Recommend getting your favourite sneakers or formal shoes detailed/cleaned every once in a while with Jay’s for longevity. Really pleased with their pick up and drop service which was done professionally.

At a time when I could not find any of the so called “express laundry professional service” because they were either closed or they wouldn’t offer doorstep service even though their website claimed to do so, Jay laundry’s service was a refreshing change. Initially I had some hesitation since I had not heard of them before. But I am happy I chose them. Very professional, very thorough and kept me updated about pick up and drop too. They are reasonably priced and offer quick turnaround. Also the clothes came back well ironed and neatly packed. Don’t book expensive laundry service just because they have a name. Let’s encourage startups who provide real value.
