On my visit 16 Feb, the billing system crashed. On 17 Feb, received the most terrible experience by billing agent while shopping EVER, who was uncooperative, rude & sarcastic.... such ppl dont deserve to be in cust service, especially at the last stage before check-out.
On the positive, the assistant/ agent Manisha was patient, helpful, supportive & went out of her way to meet all my shopping needs - your store needs more such amazing employees who make the shopping experience one to remember for good!!

Yogesh Shinde from Malad Fashion Factory, Has been great help. I shopped in December and purchased product more then 2500, in which there was an offer of towel and cushion. I had been told in the billing counter i will only get same colour. However Yogesh Shinde went out of the box and gave me a different colour towel.
