Helios India Rent A Car

I have been using Helios Rent a Car for the last 2 years whenever we come over to Mumbai. The cars are always in pristine condition , clean and driven by well spoken and respectful drivers. I deal with Sumay and he is quick to respond on what’s app to guide you through the booking process and share the driver information.

Very good service, including the drivers behaviour. Surendra was very courteous and helpful. The car was very clean and well maintained. The driving was safe and we had a good drive from Mumbai to Shirdi and back.

I discovered Helios through Google search & tried its services couple of months back, after reading some very good reviews about it online. Since then, I've never felt the need of trying out any other car rental agency as their service is impeccable. The cars are very well maintained & the drivers are well groomed. Special mention of Mr.Nikhil, who's always provided me great cars based on my requirements & sometimes also at a very short notice! I'm really satisfied with their service & would recommend others to try it as well.

I am very impressed with the way Helios India Rent A Car operates.
They attend to the customer very promptly and don’t make you wait at any time. That to me is a BIG PLUS point. That way you can always rely on them whatever the time might it. I would want to give more than 5 stars for that.

From the start Nikhil was very professional and everything was well managed by him . The prices are competitive and fair and one can select them without a thought and be rest assured about their services . They genuinely care about the customer and customer service and I wish them to keep up their services . One area of improvement instead of having a single landline contact no they should have a few more contact numbers so that we can reach them even if one number is unreachable .

Excellent service throughout! Recently, I needed a car for ferrying my 85 year old grandmother visiting me in Mumbai. Since I was running out of my usual options, I went online and found Helios cabs. The booking was easy even though I booked the cabs very late in the night both times, and in fact, quite close to the time of my travel. Particularly thankful to Nikhil for the smooth handling of the booking process and providing the details patiently and promptly. I got a text message about my car details withib minutes of speaking with Nikhil. Both cars were clean and well maintained. Our driver Samir was skilled, punctual, understanding and very helpful with a senior citizen's special needs. The charges were reasonable. Also, the billing and payment process was very easy and flexible, providing multiple payment choices.
