I had severe pain in my heel and ankle and was unable to walk properly. Pain was worst in morning. I visited different clinics but found no improvement in my condition. After almost a month, I got reference of Dr Manali and I decided to see her with little hope. And I am very happy to share that in just two visits I experienced great relief.Dr Manali is great Physiotherapist and I recommend her to everyone.

My wife was advised to undergo ROM (Range Of Motion) exercise due to broken arm. We were in an absolute state of quandary. That's when we were referred to Dr. Manali Sawant by one of my wife's friends, for which we are very grateful & thankful to her.

Unlike many doctors who have lost patience nowadays, Dr. Manali was absolutely all ears to my wife's situation. Not only she made her pain go away in literally 3 sessions, she also voluntarily suggested her some other exercises to maintain a healthy lifestyle cuz of my wife's sedentary nature of work; all without charging a single extra rupee.

Her approach is so friendly that my wife, who is a social recluse otherwise, was not at all reluctant to visit by herself from the 2nd session itself.

Dr. Manali is really amazing. I had Ligament tear in me left leg and she helped me with it. Her exercises helped me a lot with my regular movements of my leg and also it reduced my knee pain. Physionest is one of the best places for healing. Post Covid i had a great cold shoulder and neck and the pain was persistent.
