Dr. Sakina Vora is highly professional and skilled physiotherapist. She understands the exact problem of patient and accordingly starts the therapy in a right direction. She never be in hurry during session, always completes every exercise properly. I have almost recovered from my shoulder and neck pain after started taking treatment over here. Before that I spent lot of money at no. of Orthopedics. Its very important that you should be very sincere towards daily exercises she suggests. I had a very bad frozen shoulder, but I am highly satisfied aft visiting Dr Sakina Vohra , the treatment tht she gv me has helped me a lot, n my pain has also gone, i m back to normal, lot n lot of thnks to her.

I have been suffering from back pain for the last 6 years. Earlier this year, I started experiencing painful spasms, which would occur after sitting for about 40 mins or so. That's when I met Dr. Sakina of Physioheal. The exercises she prescribed, along with the continuous monitoring, stopped the spasms within a month's time. With her help, I was able to regain muscle strength. What I liked the most was the continuous monitoring and careful attention to pain triggers. Within 2 months of consulting her, I was able to start stability exercises, which greatly reduced my back pain. Today, though there is still slight pain, I am able to restart some of my activities, such as walking, cycling and swimming. I definitely recommend Dr. Sakina and her clinic for any back related problems.

My father had back pain which was radiating to his legs and calf.The treatment done by Dr Sakina Vohra was posture correction exercises, core strengthening and nerve release, and muscle stimulation (tens) for muscle spasm which helped him to relieved from the pain. Her indepth knowledge has helped to diagnose the problem study the root cause and do the treatment. Her friendly attitude helps patient to forget his/her pain while doing certain exercise.
