The Comfort Travels

They are as per their name and provide a comfortable travelling experience. Had booked a Swift Dzire, but they upgraded to a Honda City without any additional charge. The car was new and very comfortable and clean. Driver provided, Mr. Dubey was professional and highly efficient and surpassed our expectations. Would definitely recommend this for booking travel especially for family.
Please note... km counting is from garage to garage. Although that wasn't mentioned, that is a fair trade.
Charges were explained nicely and there was no hidden charge.

Best quality vehicle provided had a great experience for our travel to Rajkot . The driver was also good and knew all the routes also GPS navigation was avaliable with the driver.

Best service if u really want to enjoy ur trip and only if u are serious about comfort as his car quality is one of best compare to other travel agency and friendly driver who do duty very well. Yeah but for people who expect 10 hrs duty in 8 hrs price must face prob with comfort travel, else u can have a fantastic trip with them.....

Not comfort in tempo traverers but other buss are very good

A travel agency with good management and commitment , good rates for hiring vehicles, they have fleet of buses cars and they also provide custom need of different kind of vehicle, clean but little congested place

I have a serious complaint with Raj, the person handling the business. My wife had called to book a Tempo Traveller, as the family was planning a picnic. he said that it was not available on the required date. Then she asked if it is available the next day or the next day on which he said it is not available for the next two months and even if it was there, he is not interested in giving the car. Anyway the availability is not the issue, the issue is that people facing the customers should be well versed with customer service and deal with customers politely. On top of that he disconnected / declined a few of our calls. Then I called asking about the Owners number, but he wouldn't share. I am not recommending their services to anyone. And yes he told that there are many travel agents go somewhere else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
