Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli

Rooms size was good. Food coming from Square was super tasty and very mild. However didn't get expected hot water during morning. Night time it was hot. AC temperature was giving same cooling effect whether it's 20 degree or 24 degree.
Service I reduced 2 stars as it was My daughters Birthday I told at reception and they verified her adhar card too but didn't gave any complimentary cake. Despite asking and the hotel was busy I don't think it's a too much of ask to deliver considering it's big brand. Didn't get such experience in any other hotels.

Awesome place! We had a great time. Great property, caring and helping staff, amazing facility, great breakfast and the wonderful Imagicaa Breakfast Parade! We loved it but more importantly our kids were mesmerised! We will visit again and again! Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Novotel Imagicaa Resort, and I must say it's an excellent destination for quality family time. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness stood out. The well-maintained rooms exuded cleanliness, and the attention to detail was top-notch. The culinary experience was exceptional, with high-quality food that catered to guests' diverse needs.

The view from our room, overlooking Imagicaa Park, was breathtaking. The gym area and swimming pool were equally impressive, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and fitness. I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Akhilesh Yadav from housekeeping, whose personalized care ensured that every small need was met.

Lovely stay at Novotel Imagica. Very convenient location with Imagica. Front desk staff was great. Manager was good. Santosh helped us a lot in check in and check out. Restaurant food was good. Manager and staff were very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Priyanka. Security staff very alert for open rooms with frequent rounds. Housekeeping and room service was available beyond midnight. It made our stay memorable.
Just need to upgrade their rooms a bit as they have become old with wear and tear.

Hi , Recently visited Novotel imagica with family , we had hell lot of fun. Really amazing , Must visit place . This hotel is next to Imagica which multiplies the fun many many times. I would like to mention few names which made our trip very very comfortable and special. Ritika(Gsa) is the one with whom we interacted first at the time of check in , she is really sweet . Ismaiel and she helped us in making our check in a really smooth one.
Priyanka(Gsa - F&B) is well spoken and sweet , her suggestion in selecting items were really helpful in satisfying our taste buds.
Ashish(F & b manager) is also very friendly and took care of every small thing , if needed, really amazed by Novotel.
Thanks everyone for making our stay a very memorable one.

Service at the restaurant was excellent all staff is customer oriented more and keep checking in if anything needed you don’t need to call them for service on table. Sudeepto and Priyanka who served us and we felt a home like experience. Other than these two I don’t know the names however everyone was so welcoming.

We had our 25year reunion at Novotel. 104 of us, were accommodated comfortably and all our indoor sessions were managed efficiently. The food was delicious and we were spoiled for choice. The staff especially Ms. Ann Josephine put up with so many extra requests. Everything that we needed was managed in house, right from the photographers to the souvenirs. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely experience at Novotel. The staff is really helpful and kind. Special thanks to Sudipta and Chandan for making our breakfast experience great. They were constantly helping us and available as and when we asked for help.

We went to the bar and the area was very clean. The bar price is affordable which includes soft drinks and cocktails. Side dishes like french fries was very tasty and in pocket friendly price. Food price is very good and affordable which includes the dinner at restaurant. Breakfast buffet is amazing and top of that a daily prade which is coming in the morning. Enjoy a lot. Must visit place.

We checked in Novotel Khopoli on a weekday and therefore overall the crowd was less and was very peaceful. Had a great experience in terms of stay, service and food. The staff is extremely friendly specially their receptionist Ritika and hotel staff mrunmai.. overall had a very nice stay!!

Ideal for families visiting Imagica, but the main drawback is prices for anything, what is the justification for bisleri bottle to cost Rs 300,or 3 papad 300,or a bowl of peanut 500,or a simple chicken burger 1000plus,or a fresh lime soda 1000 ??? And the room has no table!!

We organized event for 2 days at Novotel Imagicaa One of the best experience with the team members of Accor (Mr Ahmed Shehraz From Sales , Ms Pooja Ganeshkar From Sales , Chirag, Jyotimay , Aashish , Pralhad & Other all staff From F& B + Banquets were super supportive and coordinative as well, At Front Office Achal & Kunal Were Great.

Really Good the Rooms absolutely Nice and Neat and clean. With all inclusive needed thing .... Really good. Suggetion. A vinyle pasted on glass ...think about it much thicker or alternative. Just suggetion. Food is way ahead. Very tasty and authentic with variety. Simply impressed with FOOD 10 on 10. Ambience is beautiful. Service is also Good. Overall expirence amazing and memorable. Food is good. Lot of variety to suit most of the people. Kids have areas to play around. Spacious dining areas.
Staff (particularly Surya and Vishwanath) is very courteous. Overall a good experience.

I found the hotel experience very good with pleasant climate surrounding just wanted to share an incident where i left my Speaker in my room realising later that i had missed my Speaker in Hotel. Then i tried to contact Novotel Housekeeping Staff for the item to be delivered back. I came in contact with Pooja from Housekeeping Desk Coordinator she assured me i will get my speaker back and within 2 days i received my product at my home. I am thankful to Pooja and all staff of Novotel for their helpful nature and hospitality. Had a great time at Novotel.
