Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur

We visited the resort first time and it was nice experience. The place is luxurious its looks like a kingdom. The places in resort is hygienic. Room service is pretty much. We recommend to stay here. We had received services from Disha and she guided us very well.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service and accommodations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The amenities were top-notch and the breakfast was delicious. Place was good, the food was also good. Stayed there for 4 days. The hotel was fully occupied for some marriages. The staff were busy and they did not clean or do room service for all 4 days. They just left a not saying my room had don't disturb switch on. That wasn't the fact. They were just too busy for 4 days. However the cost of rooms is too expensive for the facilities provided. Also all other facilities like spa are all chargeable and not included in the room service.

A memorable experience. The staff and executives have been most responsive and helpful in making our stay comfortable. The city of lakes has a wonderful gem the Radisson Blue. A mention of Asik is necessary for his empathy towards the guests. The executive rooms were clean and well appointed. The view from the window overlooking the grounds is pleasant, the view from the lake side rooms if worked upon by the management would add a lot more value. The breakfast is great. The evening high tea leaves a lot to be improved, adding hot pakoras May make it more appealing and would be highly appreciated.

Ideally located between Pichola and Fateh Sagar Lakes, the fully self contained hotel is perfect for those coming into town for business or a holiday with family. There is a pool, gym, and spa on the Recreation level, a popular rooftop restaurant with views of the lake and city that fills out quickly each evening, organised events and even electric bike tours conducted by a private company in situ. Fateh Sagar is walking distance from the hotels if you wish to catch a sunrise over the lake. If you're a backpacker wanting to explore the old city, it is better to take a venue in the old city even if it is not so luxuriously appointed as no vehicles are allowed in it, due to the narrow width of the street. Travelling from the hotel to the sights of the old city will involve moving from a car to an auto, and then mostly on foot, or long detours around the old city to get there by car or taxi. The airport is some 45 mins from the hotel for which you can call an app based service like Ola or Uber, or speak to the travel desk.

We stayed here for a beautiful few days! It has insane interior and a really lovely fountain out the front! I loved the video games room as I’ve not seen this at any other hotel!

Very nice place. The stay was quiet memorable. Overall nice ambience at the entry. One can enjoy small walk around the premises from the entrance to garden or dining area. Food was good no problem there.
Just dinning arrangement were little clumsy but sweets and variety cover that lag

PS: Good option for a comfortable stay. However, one needs to access the budget prior visiting.

Very beautiful resort with helpful and fully experienced staff from housekeeping to manager with all detail . They made our new beginning of life much much more pleasant and memorable with all complimentary sweets , cakes , decoration without any cost and inconvenience. All staffs were taking care of guest like us in all prepared way . Rooms are fully newly furnished with zero inconveniences. All time 24/7 services available with friendly way. Enjoyed a lot with complimentary breakfast and room dine in service with all lip smacking food.

Luxury rooms... The hotel has spectacular views.. Cleaning & Hotel maintenance & cleaning is excellent.. The hotel staff is very helpful and good natured... The hotel is very luxury.. The hotel has swimming pool, sun bath, game zone area, walking & running area, free parking area, or many other things in this hotel... You can also organize wedding party, kitty party, professional meetings or film shooting in the hotel.

This specific branch had spacious rooms not like other 5 star hotels who might have congested spaced and we also had a bathtub in our room . The overall experience was amazing.

was the high tea accompanied by captivating cultural programs every evening. Last but not the least the swimming area is so neat and clean with an attendent named Salman that you can actually leave your kids to enjoy in the pool under his supervision. Really happy with the hospitality.

It was a relaxing stay. The Spa was the best part. We had some issues with our room but the staff readily helped us. Food was amazing in the rooftop restaurant. The view is brilliant.

Despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel and appreciate the efforts of the staff to make my time there enjoyable. I hope that the feedback provided can be used to make improvements for future guests. Thank you for the hospitality.

The hotel is located very close to the city. The view of Fateh Sagar Lake is amazing. The service was great. Breakfast was good. In-house dining options could have more options. Rooms are good size but are little older and feel outdated. Overall a good property to stay.

Really really beautiful property, rooms and restaurant. Lovely views of the lake from their restaurant & rooms. Picturesque palace with all latest amenities. Definitely worth the stay if you are in Udaipur. It's well connected to all the local touristy places as well.
