Jassu (the manager) is amazing! Nothing is ever too much of an ask, he gave us lots of advice and recommendations and was always lovely to speak to.
The room was the best from our whole trip to India.
We loved the terrace, well worth the upgrade if it's available!
The hotel is in a lovely quiet little square with two good restaurants opposite and some lovely local shops.
Overall it's in an amazing position & we couldn't recommend it enough!

Great view, walkable distance to all prime locations. Neat, clean & spacious rooms. The caretaker Mr. Jassu was very helpful by guiding to visit the places & also arranging the conveyance. The breakfast was also good. Like to visit again.

This was an amazing property to live in, filled with everything a family would need to enjoy their stay in Udaipur. It also had an amazing view of the Pichola lake and is very price friendly. The hotel attendant, Jaggu, was a very helpful and friendly person. He also made our stay feel very home like. All in all amazing to live at.

A great place to stay in Udaipur, really central and close to lal ghat and ganghor ghat. Hospitality is impeccable and the rooftop views at breakfast are magical. I would highly recommend. A special thank you to the man looking after Raj Niwas, he went above and beyond to make our stay great!

We stayed here around Christmas of 2021. Rooms are designed beautifully and spacious. The care taker Jassu bhai is friendly and helpful.

It was very quite , clean and efficient in terms of distance from famous tourist destinations. Markets and ghaats were at walkable distance. Rooms were so beautiful and neat. Jassubhai was extremely helpful. Definitely recommended.

Cute place on the third floor with a great view of Lake Pichola, Lake Palace, and Monsoon Palace. The place is incredibly tidy and unexpectedly quiet and private given its location. The caretaker Jassu is extremely helpful.

Nice views. Great location. Small (3 rooms
only) and not noisy. The factotum - Jassu - is efficient and smart. I saw him kicking away a poor stray dog in the street, which was not great.

We arrived on 13 th March and stayed for two days . The caretaker Jassu bhaiya, took care of all the things and managed everything very well . My son fell ILL so he arranged few things . Rooms were neat and clean and there was 24 hrs water supply of hot water . The hotel was near the lake and a cafe #RainbowCafe was just opposite so we could make kids sleep and get some US time there . Various famous heritage sites like city palace, bhagore ki haveli , Jagdish temple were all at a walking distance . Overall a good stay .

Great property with stunning view. Service is top notch. But no lift and they dont have their own restaurant.
