Spice valley camp Kodaikanal

I had the pleasure of visiting this resort twice, and each experience was nothing short of exceptional. The breathtaking view, coupled with the kind and friendly host, creates an inviting atmosphere. Being surrounded by nature makes it incredibly serene, providing a tranquil escape.

The resort offers great value for money, and the presence of a private waterfall adds an extra touch of exclusivity. The Satvik food served here is not only amazing but also enhances the overall well-being.

With so much to explore, my two visits have left me eager to return. This resort truly stands out as a haven for those seeking a rejuvenating and unforgettable retreat.

I camped here solo for about five days and it was a phenomenal experience. The place is perfect for people who want to getaway and spend some time in the hills. The hosts and staff are extremely kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend spice valley to anybody travelling toward kodaikanal.

Stayed in the tree house along with 3 of my friends. Lovely campsite surrounded by hills and in the middle of a dense forest.

Yummy home cooked meals.

Don't expect much when it comes to the rooms, basic accommodation and not very clean. Meant for people who are looking for a get away from the city life and want to be surrounded by nature.

Best place to visit for people who want trekking and want to spend amid nature.
Service is great as they will ensure that all your needs are fulfilled...

SHIRO - there pet will guide you all over there property including waterfalls. Had a wonderful time with him...

Came here with my girlfriend and the whole camp was empty for us on the weekend. The owner and people were lovely and had an amazing treatment nd superb homemade food! This place is highly recommended for group of People who are interested in trekking and swimming also it is way up the hill so if you are in need munchies nd other items it would be hard to buy nd come up, but the host was helpful with the things needed! The view in the morning is a bliss! And last but not the least their dogs are the best dogs you will ever see! Especially ZERO, such a good dog and was helpful with the trekking as a guide too!
Highly recommended for people who are looking for a way out their busy office jobs for a peaceful day!

If there was a 6 on the board, I'd have given this place that and my heart. If you're looking for a place to REALLY unwind, and let nature reveal itself to you, this is the spot. Im taking back some of the most beautiful memories from this campsite. It was my second time in 2 weeks and I'd go there a million times more

Keep in mind this is a campsite and the fact that something so incredible was crafted up here is a huge feat in itself. So go easy on the staff. All the food is grown on the premises and served for meals. They have room service but again, the staff really work hard to provide us a comfortable stay so while they provide these services, this stay is meant to humble us down. Or atleast that's what Ive taken away from it. Thank you to the lovely hosts for making us feel so loved and welcome. We will miss you and will see you again ❤

Happen to stay in tree house, was a really good experience, the private waterfall was the highlight of our trip , the people coordinating were really humble and generous. Loved the location, a perfect weekend getaway.

The best experience based on the location which is in the outskirts 15kms away from kodai.
Food is tasty and simple home made food with minimal spices.
Since this place is very much interior in the mountains, Mostly youngsters and healthy people can make it if they are prepared for a good amount of fun trekking to reach the location.
To have a safe experience in tree house and tent, this is the place

Epic.... Untouched, virgin land of pristine forest, waterfall, treehouses in elephant valley...

The owner and team is really flexible to meet your needs... The food is really tasty, sourced mostly from nearby garden.

They have a private waterfalls there which was guided by their pet 🐕 (shiro).

Absolute paradise for nature lovers. I personally feel in love with their dogs especially Shiro. If anything some variety with the food would be nice.
The 100 acres was incredible to explore.

Had a wholesome time at Spice Valley Camp. With its great Nilgiri views, and loveliest dogs, the family who run the place made us feel welcome in a place far away from civilization, that led us right up to the edge of the forest.
Krishna akka and her sattvik food, Mr. Balu with his youthful energy, and the giving, ever smiling Mrs. Nithya added warmth to our conversation along with most delicious food right from their organic farm. Will definitely be visiting again and staying at the fantastic tree house. Place worth visiting if you like the wild, untamed side of pristine natural landscapes!

To reach the place from car parking we have to hike for 300 meter.

Very welcoming host and staff were also friendly. The make home cooked meal at a very reasonable price . The stay is also quite and the tour of plantations is a must . I came solo but it is also very good family vacation spot.
Just head up there is 500 m hike from parking to location so came in daylight .
