Treebo Trend Abirami Residency - Hotel in Kodaikanal

I have visited the said hotel with family on 21.08.17 and stayed for 3 days. The hotel room was very nice attached with balcony for sight seeing. The complimentary break fast was very good and the service also excellent. All the staff working in the hotel are very cordial with us and rendered very good customer service. The travel desk attached with the hotel have arranged for us the sight seeing tours in a nominal fare. Hotel was located very near to Lake surrounded by shops. Thanks to all the staff members of the hotel including of Travel desk staffs for the good service.

Very good place to stay. i book the hotel for three days. on the first day i reached early morning 8AM. they picked me from the bus stand. even thought the bus stand is very nearby. they let us checked in to other room for temporarily. it's very kind of them. they also offered the car service for sightseeing. the room was very neat and comfy. the staffs are very friendly. restroom was clean. They will provide food, but little expensive.

Earlier it was buffet a good option now it is changes to table service. But not bad..

Abhirami Residency - A perfect holiday gateway hotel in Kodaikanal very close to the lake. Ample parking area, hospitable front desk, large rooms, clean lenin, spotless washroom, hot water kettle, travel desk, uninterrupted power supply and humble hotel staff. I had a wonderful time in this property with the great services. Highly recommended for tourists - family and friends and worth for the tarrif.
Will come again soon.

Good location. Clean, neatly set, kids friendly spacious rooms. Extremely cooperative staffs. One suggestion is to provide geyser for all rooms rather than making guests to wait for the hot water timings or for hot water from reception...especially in the cold weather like the one in Kodai....Anyhow I recommend the stay here for failies with kids.

Pathetic management, no staff cooperation, dirty bed sheets, no amnities, no lift n staff don't carry luggage have to do it self, very dirty place, basic soap is also not available in washroom, drinking water unavailable, cleaning staff unavailable advised not to opt the place. Place not worth the money charged.

Pros :
Reasonably priced high standard hotel. Cordial reception with valuable guidance.
Also very walkable from the lake

Cons:
I am not sure if there is handicap accessibility.

I dint face any major concerns

It's too good to stay as it makes me feel like home. It has all the basic amenities like water heater, room heater, etc. Room is deluxe one so no problem in that. Location is near the lake so that's so good. And the service is nice and quick.

After staying in this hotel I can say that it's one of the best budget hotels that I have ever been in. The rooms are furnished and have big windows which provides an amazing view of the mountains and the valley. One more notable thing about this hotel is its location, Kodai Lake is just a two minutes walk from this hotel.
The rooftop of this hotel gives a great view of the beauty of Kodaikanal.
The service and hospitality is also good.

I was enjoyed the hills view through restaurent window while eating that was awesome.

The rooms are maintaning perfectly.

The property cosist aquarium and birds actually that was good because when im seeing that mentally i felt so free and happy.

The hotel staffs are so kind espicially the travel tesk guy is so nice and kind.

The hotel location very close to lake so it's helped to make walking around lake.

Good stay, friendly staff, smooth transition from check-in to checkout. I left my ID card by mistake, with a single call to this hotel I got my ID couriered to my address. thanks a lot Prabhu for his co-operation.

It was very comfortable stay at Treebo Abirami Residency, Kodaikanal.The rooms were neat and clean. They have a their own Restaurant and Complementary Breakfast Services are also available. This stay also has a Parking Lot.

Excellent place to stay with your family.. Very good rooms with good facilities and work staff. Rooms come with complimentary breakfast (buffet ) and WiFi. Ambience is also calm and peaceful..

Kudos to the service rendered by John. The main reason for me staying in Abirami hotel. Ramesh and Saravanan of the restaurant section were too good.. The house keeping staff Mahendran and Karthik also rendered good service. Not to miss the great gesture of Prakash in accompanying me to the hospital at night when my wife was sick

Freeboot ABIRAMI Residency is Nice and Great . Clean rooms. Nice Restaurant. Staff are really helpful. Hotel is very close to Lake. Safe for Families.

we stayed in suite room clean & good hospitality only price is budget but rest of the hotel & food is 3star rating hotel locality near by lake parking is safe too overall good experience

This is my second stay in hotel abirami. One of the best hotel in customer service. Staffs make my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to john in frontdesk he is very kind and helful no more words to say about abirami.thanks a lot
