The staff is very genuine and polite.
Food is decent and reasonable.

We went to the restaurant for lunch and the food was really nice. Most of the hotels we had visited in kodaikanal were disappointed even the one famous nearby to this restaurant. Service was good and food was tasty.

One of the standout features of Kodai Haven Resort is its unique sit-out areas and balconies that face the hills. These spaces allowed us to soak in the natural beauty and relax in the lap of nature.

The staff at the resort were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find ample parking, even on the hilly terrain, which added to our convenience.

The resort's proximity to Dolphin Nose Point, a popular site in Kodaikanal, is a significant advantage. It made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local attractions.

Rooms were good with very great view. Food was very good with good service. Best stay for going with family and friends.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to sit and enjoy the view of the hills and the valley. The property is so tastefully done. Got multiple levels, beautiful plants and flowers everywhere, pretty lighting and ample seating areas to just chill. Literally every corner of the property was an aesthetic to behold.

Staff's were friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was good but quite expensive. Geyser was not working properly on the second day other than that Over-all it was a good experience for us !!!!

View from this place is soooo good!!
Rooms give a vintage and comfortable vibe.. East facing rooms are perfect to see sunrise.. It's design is very creative and believe me there are more levels(floors) than you'll see..
Also, location is good.. Altaf's cafe is right in front where the food is great and view is just amazing..

Been there for lunch couple of times, was there around 4pm IST. There is usually a wait time but the food is worthy. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. They have their own wide parking space, which is a big difference is you are booking rooms here and arriving in car. Vattakanal route is very narrow please be aware.
The place was misty when we visited and got good scenic valley view.

Everywhere you walk is covered with plants and view. Good place to have a quick photoshoot as well.
The route to the stay is a bit tricky, do stay careful, but worth the stay :) they have car parking and bike parking facilities. Also network will be flaky, if you are looking to choose this place for WFH.
Overall, we can't wait to look forward to visit the place again.

I stayed in kodai heaven,for 3nights in my first solo trip. Being a solo woman travelling for the 1st time ,i reached the accommodation with lots of doubts,but the staff were so humble,helpful&efficient . Throughout my stay,i felt very confortable and relax. The place & view from room is simply awe..breath taking. The location is perfect and the view from the accommodation is the best. Would highly recommend to plan a stay in group .i had such a lovely and wonderful stay in kodai heaven.

Best place in kodai if you want to enjoy the nature views

Amazing place. All those who are going there please check out their multiple terraces so that you can get great view of the town. Overall good good and clean place. The service was nice and affordable.

One of THE BEST hotels to stay around at Vattakanal! The views at the mornings and evenings are so mesmerizing, that it's just a great place for a stay-cation.

Service can get really sluggish around weekends and peak times. Be sure to orde anything an hour prior and keep reminding.

The rooms are super cozy and all amenities are provided. The area itself is fully decked with gardens and what-not, making the entire place and actual "heaven".
