One of the worst banks ever I have had experience with in Udaipur.
My grandafather just died and we were trying to close his account which was in joint with my grandmom...just in order to break few fixed deposits and closing the accounts i was asked unnecessary things
a) Give us notary stamp stating that none of the legal heirs (daughters of my grandparents) have any issue with closing the account and breaking the fixed deposits
- Firstly if the account holder in this case my grandmom is present then why do you need that stamp paper
- Even after asking so give us a reason the bank manager at HIRAN MANGRI , ASHWINI BAZAR AND UNIVERSITY ROAD branch along with their lawyer showed us their rule book which actually never stated a requirement of affidavit

b) After giving the affidavit we were asked to provide adhar card copies of my grandmom daughters self attested since they were not believing it

All of this cost so much of time and pain which is unimaginable . I as a grandson had to listen to so many unnecessary accusations for which i have no words for

The main reason behind all the above stuff was they dint wanted to provide us the amount since their half year was ending on 30 september

My advice is NEVER EVER OPEN BANK ACCOUNTS or any thing related in this bank.

THESE GUYS WILL MAKE YOU CRY TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY

में आज पहली बार इस बैंक गया और मुझे एक चीज बुरी लगी की सिक्योरिटी गार्ड को बार बार किसी के आने जाने पर दरवाजा खोलना व बंद करने के लिए बोल रखा है जो की अच्छी बात नही है वो उम्रदराज आदमी है ऐसा नही होना चाहिए प्लीज इसे बंद करवाए ग्राहक खुद खोल लेगा और बंद कर देगा🙏
