The Red Pier by Downtown Udaipur

Really clean and comfortable rooms, good value for money. Welcoming and accommodating staff. The property has a cute little dip pool to cool down on those hot days, it isn’t big enough for a proper swim though. The rooftop restaurant has a brilliant view of the lake. The property opposite OTC run by the same company has a charming rooftop cocktail bar as well.

Highly recommended.

Location - somewhere in the heart of the city with majority of the tourist places nearby. Would recommend reaching here using an auto as the lanes are narrow.

Space / Rooms - modern interiors.
The pool was clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean with full length mirrors. Bathrooms were clean. A little more lighting in the rooms and bathroom would make it more better.

They have their own restaurant at the rooftop overlooking the lake. Very pretty space with a decently priced menu and good food.

We stayed here at the end of March 2024. The room was very luxurious and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in 7 weeks in India. Superb! The staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant and the manager excellent as were the front desk. There is also a restaurant on the roof which has a superb view of the lake.

Amazingly constructed....creatively and well designed construction.
Every single fitting in the room and bathroom was qualitative and selective.
The best part is the morning Live Basuri session in the swimming pool area.
Staff is very professional, neither over friendly nor rude.
Overall experience is worth the money spent.

The location is perfect. The hotel was clean, stylish while the quirky interiors adds value to the overall experience .Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room too was well equipped and comfortable.Mr.Vinod & Mr.Hemant at the front desk is well spoken and helpful. Mr.Sharvan in the dinning area treats one like a family. I was very pleased with my stay. We really liked this hotel. Good sized rooms and clean bathrooms. The pool was under construction but we anyhow didn‘t want to use it. The only thing are the thin windows, so you hear the noise from outside, especially in the lower floors very much. The location is excellent and very central.

The hotel was conveniently close to all of the attractions.
Our check-in process was made very simple by Vinod ji at the reception, who gave us recommendations for restaurants and rental cars. The rooms have a modern touch yet retained a clean, traditional aesthetic. The service was prompt and we had no issues at all with it.

The place was easily accessible, along with being centrally located. Everything was within a 10 min distance by 2 wheelers which you can rent nearby.
Rooms were quite beautiful, bathrooms were clean. Overall a decent experience.
Vinod ji was also quite helpful.

The hotel has been maintained really well . We stayed at the Heritage room which was very spacious and clean . The staff was really courteous and helpful. They helped us with the cab booking for Chittorgarh fort .

The hotel is located near major attractions, it's walking distance from The city palace, bhagore ki haveli and lake pichola .

The ambience is instagramable, good vibes and it’s near all the attractions. Good pool, and rooms are manageable. The hospitality is good, Mr. Hemant was quite polite and a good host. Overall a good stay. Worth staying.

Excellent service. Staff spoke very good English. Nancy and Hamant at the reception were also very helpful, gave me directions to places and make sure my stay was nothing short of awesome. Will definitely recommend to other foreigners visiting the Udaipur.

I recently had a delightful stay at the hotel. The well-appointed amenities, comfortable room, and warm hospitality made my experience truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, Gangaur ghat is a stone's throw away. City palace, Jagdish chowk are also at a walking distance of few metres.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing visit.
