Naaz Taxi

My wife and I in October '23, took a short 6 day holiday visiting Chittorgarh, Udaipur and Kumbalgarh. We had booked an A.C. Toyota Etios for all 6 days in advance with M/s Naaz Taxi of Udaipur online ( airport pick up to airport drop off. We had booked
the daily package 12 hours and upto 300kms per day).

Faizal Khan, who was both, the owner of the car and our driver for those 6 days, was a delightfully polite, courteous and punctual young man. His knowledge of the places we visited and his ability to converse without ever being intrusive, made our 6 days with him very comfortable and a pleasure.

The car too was clean, well maintained and very comfortable.

During our visit to Udaipur we had hired a cab from Naaz .Fayaz was our driver ,to describe him ...he is a driver / tour planner combo !! very familiar with the place and the history and background of each spot and hence is able to plan an itinerary with ease .Extremely well mannered and is quick in gauging the pulse of the guest.

My wife found this taxi service after seeing good reviews on google. I called him as we were leaving to Udaipur and we’re on our way to the airport. Mr. Khan picked up the phone and did a good job of explaining all the charges. When we suggested the places we wanted to see, he gave us some additional suggestions on few other places and also how we could cover all the different points of interest. Once we got there, he picked us up promptly. He is quite friendly and flexible. When we had to make last minute changes to our plans, he adjusted based on those changes and still suggested how we could cover all the important points of interest. He was very friendly and also suggested some good places to eat. All in all, we had a great trip in Udaipur and we are very happy with his service.

The first thing when we boarded Faizal's cab was the neat interiors....... next was Faizal's courteous behaviour and excellent knowledge of Udaipur sightseeing and shopping destinations. Faiz is a very courteous, professional driver who has a pleasant demeanor. We used his services for 2 multi day trips and on the 3rd day for airport drop off. He is punctual, knowledgeable about the city, keeps his vehicle clean amongst other plus points. I have saved his number in case I visit the city again and will be recommending him to my friends and family.

Faizal took us (my wife and me) around Udaipur on a day tour and shopping. He was very professional with very genuine price. And very patient while he drove us around for shopping and took us to a charming local painter home when we were tired from visiting normal tourist shops. Definitely recommend if you are coming to Udaipur and want to see around places without hassling for autos and ubers every hour.
