Club Mahindra, Udaipur

The overall experience is very good. The rooms were clean. The staff is cordial. We had an easy check-in.
The room service is fast.
The approach road is not very convenient. While coming from Gujarat side, We have to go under the bridge and take a right under the bridge. We have to keep an eye out for the turn towards the resort.
The Google maps for the same is not updated yet. It shows inaccurate information near the resort, for the resort.

The overall experience was really good. We reached early in the morning and they were kind enough to prepare the room by 11 am and allow us to check in. The rooms were spacious be it Hotel unit or Studio. The housekeeping staffs were really good and you can trust them even in your absence.

Now to coming to the restaurant, the buffet had a lot of options be it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and it was equally outstanding. We also visited Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer but none had food and staffs like Club M Udaipur. Special thanks to Sous Chef Sachin Kumar for preparing special Kadha when one of our family members wasn’t well and Chef Prakash Gujjar for preparing Shahi Tukda even if it wasn’t available in the buffet menu. The entire restaurant staffs were courteous and provided with hot waters and everything once asked.

The resort also has activities planned on a daily basis like pottery, magic shows, bike ride, napkin making, etc. We also learnt to make bakery products with chef Vaibhavi. It was a very good experience.

Though the resort is located 10 km outside of the city but you'll easily get an ola or uber unlike the resort in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.

Amazing resort and nothing short of Club Mahindra standards. The resort is slightly away from the main center but the huge garden, pools and the rooms make it a splendid place to stay.
The breakfast menu is by far the best I have seen.

Resort is beautiful and very neat and clean.
Had booked 2 Rooms. Both were very spacious and well maintained. Up to the mark. Evening events are entertaining. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Food is tasty. A bit on the expensive side. Only drawback is that it is a bit far from main city. You have to completely rely on cabs/Taxis for travel if you do not have your own conveyance. Food delivery apps do deliver.

Hotels, rooms and food is amazing. E biking is really fun and adventurous. Mayur really guided us well in the e biking trip for a smooth experience.

During my recent visit to the hotel, I was left thoroughly impressed with its impeccable service, modern amenities, and beautiful architecture.

The hotel is situated amidst lush greenery and boasts a serene ambiance that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly and courteous staff who promptly checked me in and escorted me to my room.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable and decorated tastefully. The interiors were modern, with elegant furniture and soothing lighting that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel features several dining options, including a multi-cuisine restaurant that offers a wide range of delicious dishes. The food was exceptional, with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to choose from. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and always willing to accommodate any special requests.

Club Mahindra service is top-notch and high-quality. But this property is ok and the rooms are very basic. The service is top class. The food is amazing, a bit overpriced. There was not much to do in the resort. Not as many activities as we have in other club Mahindra resorts.

Very nice property, made even more beautiful by the magnificent weather. Rain in the month of June, for straight 3 days that we were here. It didn't even feel like summer or even Rajasthan! It was more like as if we were at some hill station. The team at Club Mahindra Udaipur is excellent. Their service was wonderful. They took very good care of us. They have best rooms and service. They welcomed us with dhol and it was really a special feeling. The rooms and Pool were well maintained.
The only cons is the food. The Buffet they provide in lunch or dinner is okayish and pricey. So you will have to go in city which is around 7-8kms away from the hotel for the same.

But overall the experience with this hotel is AMAZING!

From the very start, the staff at Club Mahindra Udaipur have been very helpful in making our stay memorable. Interaction with Faisal and Diksha before checkin to make some special arrangements was very very fruitful and they were exceptional in making it happen. The resort is very nicely kept and the rooms are wonderful. Some misses in the housekeeping services which they can improve on. Their evening activities are wonderful, swimming pool is well maintained, and Happy Hub is very nice. Asif and Vivek from Travel Desk are brilliant. Restaurant is one of the best I have visited at Club Mahindra. Chef Sachin is doing an amazing work. I had an amazing experience at the restaurant in the 4 days I was there. Chefs Sachin, Rahul and Fardin were great. From the restaurant team, Akash, Nitu, Ritumoni, Pankaj, Yuvraj and Rinku were awesome. Vikas from the restaurant team were helpful in getting us a good deal with discounts.
Overall an exceptional experience. Would definitely love to go back again.

It was overwhelming visiting this beautiful property. Surrounded by wondetful nature and a great view of the very old Aravalli mountains. We have been welcomed with proper Rajasthani tradition by a native drummer. Started with check in which was super quick and we have got the room keys very next moment after providing the necessary documents. As soon as we entered the room I saw all my required stuff which included hot water kettle, sugar, tea and coffee. The cleanliness of room was commendable and the view from my room was unexpected. There is swimming pool on ground floor which we enjoyed a lot. The dine in area is awesome, you can't control yourself by just looking at food items which includes both veg and nonveg. After I had me lunch visited sports room where I tried all different kinds of games that includes table tennis, carrom, chess, air hockey, table football etc. Room service was great and it was worth staying here. We did a lots fun, activities and adventures at Club Mahindra. So this highly recommended property to visit in Udaipur. Hope this will help you visiting this property, be happy and keep smiling. Everything about this place is awesome. The stay, the cleanliness of the rooms, the view/location and the hospitality, one cannot get enough of it, seriously. I enjoyed my three day stay in this resort and I would highly recommend people travelling to Udaipur to definitely check this out once.
